If you are a socially anxious person, you have to socialize. Your panic/anxiety attacks will only get worse and trigger more frequently if you constantly avoid contact with The Public. Not saying that you need to be a social butterfly- but there is a genuine problem with not being able to order your own meal at a restaurant. Hi. Your post about the assignment about playing with formatting and anxiety/depression came across my dash. I have been struggling to explain to a new person in my life what it is like, and this really captures it. I want to share the post, but i get that its kinda personal, and its away from tumblr. So I want to ask if its fine with you if I:
(a) Use the format of the Anxiety page to create a similar letter, personalized to my experience, or
(b) Sharing the post as you created it (credited as tumblr user monokuromatic), or
