since apparently the other callout wasn’t enough, i have to write another. i planned to leave aku to her own devices, but she can’t seem to get enough of drama as she’s been perpetuating the situation herself. not to mention with some recent events i’m absolutely disgusted that people are still sitting idly by and allowing her to hurt other people. shout out to @fuseii @oincri​ @maidkechi​ @mendcx because that’s who this callout is for.

first i want to draw attention to the fact that aku state’s that she “hate’s callout culture” and that she “wasn’t going to respond to the callout.” yet she’s done both of these things herself, more than once. way to be a hypocrite aku, despite not wanting to draw attention to this blog and it’s callout she makes vague posts about it pretty often. you must really love my ass aku.

Don’t worry. I’m messaging the fucking staff about Aku mass reporting people.

not everyone is okay writing certain things, especially complex topics like smut, angst, and violence – and even if they are, they might not be in the mood to write it just that second, or with that character. this doesn’t necessarily mean they never want to write it with you; it just means that if they say, ‘hey, i’m not really feeling it right now,’ then they’re not really feeling it right now … and even if they do say something like ‘hey, i don’t really want to write [INSERT THING HERE] with [CHARACTER NAME(S)], then you should respectfully leave it alone and find something else to talk about.

there is nothing wrong with somebody not being in the mood for something. you wouldn’t want someone forcibly shoving a piece of food that you like, but don’t want right now, down your throat; if you said ‘no thank you,’ you’d expect them to just put down the fork and shrug it off, right? right! – and i know it’s a silly analogy, but if you apply the same logic to a situation where someone doesn’t feel like writing something particular Right That Second, it makes a lot of sense.

so let’s talk about the DO’s and DON’T’s of reacting to somebody (politely and respectfully) declining the thing you want to discuss.

DO :

“that’s okay! we can talk about [THING] some other time, if you’re feeling up to it.”

“hey, that’s fine. we can talk about [DIFFERENT THING] instead.”

“for future reference, do you not want to write [THING] in general, or just not right now? i want to know so i won’t bring it up again if you just don’t like it, period.”

“it’s fine, i like you for more than just writing [THING].”

“of course! your safety / comfort / happiness comes first.”

“thanks for letting me know you aren’t feeling it! you can always tell me if you don’t feel up to doing / writing something.”

DON’T :

“but you like writing [THING] !”

“does this mean you don’t care about me / my character(s)?”

“does this mean you hate our ship?”

“but i saw you writing / plotting [THING] with [OTHER PERSON] !”

“oh, so you don’t want to talk to me anymore?”

notice: the ‘do’ category expresses understanding, empathy, and sometimes a polite offer to continue the thought if/when it’s convenient – without pressuring or guilting the other person into feeling like they HAVE to continue it. this encourages, overall, deeper trust and more open communication between you and your partner. the ‘don’t’ category, on the other hand, is hugely accusatory and manipulative – these responses center around heaping guilt or anxiety onto your partner’s shoulders and making them feel like your OOC and/or IC relationship(s) will be compromised or replaced if they fail to obey you.

remember that this is a PARTNERSHIP between you and ANOTHER HUMAN BEING WITH AUTONOMY AND FEELINGS, not just a log with a chatbot set on catering to your every want & need. your roleplay partners have their own lives and their own interests; nobody owes you anything, and nobody should feel like they have to compromise their own safety / comfort just to keep you happy.

this is mostly several anons voluntarily giving their testimonies about how she treated them plus my documenting various things that she did + comments on things her biggest supporters (baddeleyte + partcfyouruniverse) have done. nemo has repeatedly guilttripped, vagueblogged, and used people in addition to randomly defending the sexual art of her child OCs from several years back, stalking one user’s blogs, and a myriad of other random things.

(a tdlr, since this doc has gotten many updates: here’s all of the things talked about in the doc as of right now.)

1. nemo has been seen stalking the online presence of one user since 2015 after they didn’t want to ship with her + a different person in their system they cannot control the actions of said in private, on a blog that nemo was never linked to and would have had to search through that user’s friend’s blogs for, that they didn’t like nemo.

2. nemo accused a minor of copying her oc with no evidence and talked about them behind their back, ostracizing them from the rpc and encouraging others to block them.

3. nemo saw no issue in following/interacting with someone called out for pedophilia excusing and rape fic writing who told a csa survior they needed therapy because they saw issue with pedophilic fanart.

4. nemo has repeatedly made vagueposts about anyone who criticizes her or unfollows her. (she has gone as far as to roleplay a plot clearly inspired by people choosing to unfollow her, where her character self harmed because one of her friends broke off a friendship, and multiple users who had very recently broken off a friendship with nemo due to her behavior said they felt vagued about.)

5. nemo lied and said that she was falsely accused of being a pedophile in 2016 because she just drew furry fanart, when she had drawn, written, gotten commissioned, and roleplayed pedophilia and rape at the time.

6. nemo threatened suicide when people unfollowed her for liking hazbin hotel after repeatedly saying it was okay to unfollow her if they didn’t like it.

7. nemo thinks “sjws” are a legitimate concept/hurting people.

8. either nemo or someone who defends her broke the law by filing a false dmca report on my original callout.

8. nemo repeatedly says people are welcome to unfollow her and that people don’t have to like hazbin hotel, but then turns around and is fine with namedropping them in public discord servers (40+ people) for unfollowing.

again, please take a look at this document in full before forming your opinions, especially since it’s been updated so much! it is also worth keeping in mind that she is over 24 years old, most likely about 29/30.

and i know who wrote the doc, but i want to point out the specific bits about me that were written by someone else.

you can’t say i was “okay” with shit.

i simply did not engage with aku’s callout because i was not involved. i did not know aku (and i still do not, and do not care to). i considered unfollowing you when i saw you post a callout, simply by dint of it being a goddamn callout.

i engaged when someone i actually did talk to was dragged into it. if it makes me a “white knight” to try and be a devil’s advocate for someone i consider a casual friend, sure, i guess? but i’d do the same for anyone if i felt there were unfair actions being taken. i was still on your side when i reached out, i was simply trying to set a record straight. you’re the one that took it the way you did because you talked to one person who, by all accounts, is a bad person. i will put my foot down on this. NO ONE who threatens suicide is okay with me. remember the other day when i mentioned the birthday of a friend who died? guess how he died. take a wild fucking guess. since then i will try and be there for people who are feeling like that’s their only option, simply because i don’t want their friends to go through the shit i did when he died. i have no sympathy for people who use that shit to manipulate.

you say i’m in a cult. that i don’t have to know i’m in a cult to be in one. here’s the thing about cults: i actually have been in one. (since your stat counter will tell you where i’m from, i don’t really have to say which cult. but for clarity’s sake, yes i’ve been baptized in the mormon church.) talking to someone on a discord pm, letting someone rant at me about shit just to get it off their chest because they know i won’t actually do anything with the information is not being “in a cult”. here’s the thing, i’m a sponge. i’m good with being someone to rant at. you could rant at me any time you want. even name drop some shit. i’m not going to do jack shit with that information. i’m also not going to hold you up as some kind of god because i’m friends with you. i’m not going to keep quiet if i think you’re being unfair, either. but the thing is i’m not going to drag others into it. i’m not going to reach out to those others and yell at them. i’m not going to provide others with the information they need to yell at them, either. i’m the one who tries above all else to be the friend. i want to be the mediator. i want to be the one who helps fix friendships. and if it’s just people wanting to get shit off their chest instead of blowing up at their friend, then i’m good for that. i’m also pretty good at being like “are you sure you’re not thinking too hard about this” because guess what? we’re humans. as an overthinker myself, i know what it is to think too hard into something someone said. hell, overthinking THIS FUCKING CALLOUT BLOG gave me a panic attack at work so hard that my boss had to calm me down. 

and i do owe you an apology. because i’m pretty sure you’re gonna read this. not gonna put down a name, you’ll know if it’s you (and if you think it’s you but you’re not sure, you can just ask me. i’m still open for communication.). i didn’t actually know you had a stat counter. i didn’t know my location was being shown to you every time i visited your blog. so yeah, my anxiety had me checking your blog every five minutes and in retrospect made me look like a creep. i really do apologize for that. i thought you were stalking my blog, and in thinking so i tried to validate my suspicions, but only reaffirmed yours. so i went cold turkey in not looking at your blog, and i’m still not going to here because i don’t want you to think i’m obsessed. i’ve already done enough to make you think that, and i’m sorry about that.

tl;dr: callout blogs/posts/stashes are bad. the people behind them usually feel too hurt to do anything else. i’m not a white knight, i’m a devil’s advocate with hard stances on certain morals. calling it a “cult” is a misnomer. i am very sorry for seeming like a stalker.

After much deliberation, I have decided that I can no longer stay silent within the community about what is going on around me. Nitro (gamblewave/deceitdelt/poisoniumz) has been spreading lies and rumors about many people, claiming that they’ve been sending her anon hate and harassing her when she is the one who has been stalking people. Multiple uninvolved third parties have DM’ed me (who I refuse to name for privacy reasons) that multiple people had 1) been unfollowing and blocking for similar behavior, and 2) that she had been spreading rumors to her friends with serious accusations, accusing them of sending anon hate and claiming that they stalk her when no such thing is happening. You can view testimonials to the stalking and harassment here and here.

After looking further into the situation however, it was discovered that there is a far more serious concern going on; not only has Nitro been stalking these people to the point of legitimate obsession, but has also been pressuring an autistic person on disability payments to buy commissions from her while not delivering any of them. It has been since October of last year at least that this started, and only one out of over seven commissions has been completed, despite Nitro putting out several adopts and other commissions throughout this time. I do not have a total number, but she has scammed this user out of 427 dollars MINIMUM; said user is finding more and more commissions every time they look through their DMs, and is unable to continue reading through them for personal reasons. She pressured this user to spend more and more money on commissions she never finished while they were grieving, raising prices randomly throughout the process. She has yet to refund this user fully, only delivering 70 dollars and an adoptable character to help even out the costs. Receipts can be found here.

My apologies to everyone for bringing this to public attention, but enough people have contacted me about my leaving that I feel the need to make some sort of statement. There have been multiple attempts made to resolve this privately, and none of them have worked. Nitro has put multiple users on tumblr through legitimate medical concerns throughout all of this (one has been having seizures from stress, the other has a condition in which stress can quite literally kill them.) People’s health are at risk because of Nitro’s actions.

CW for pedophilia, attempted grooming, sexualization of minors, and incest.

This post is an attempt to collect all the callouts and receipts on miles/satan. The people he interacts with or attempts to, deserve to know his history since he likes to claim that he has ‘owned up’ to the things he has done and has changed, while continuing to be a toxic person and the things that he says are ‘in the past’ have happened a lot more recently than he pretends. In fact, the majority of the things documented here took place only last year (2019).

The first callout of his conduct in the TMNT fandom can be found HERE. Examples of his documented behaviour and warning for: Preying on underage lesbians and trying to get them to date him (a male identified person), ACTUALLY dating a minor as admitted to in a screenshot, pressing minors into writing incest with him, harassing people for unfollowing him.

The second callout involves his conduct in DMC. HERE and HERE. His actions include giving his Dante muse a pedophilic backstory as an underage sex worker (14 years old) in order to afford testosterone to transition, propositioning someone a smut scenario involving this where their muse finds a sex tape (i.e. child pornography) of his muse from this time pre transition, shipping Dante with a character who is a minor (15 years old and looks younger) in the novel she appears in even though canonically Dante is an adult at this time himself and in the novel treats her like a child.

Third callout HERE is about him actively shipping and writing incest in secret, while interacting with people who have in their rules that they want nothing to do with anyone who writes such content. An absolutely unforgivable breach of boundaries. He later tried to claim on dash that he was no longer comfortable shipping it, but again approached those he had been writing it with and said he wished to remain writing with them in private. And again, some of those incestuous smut scenarios involved his muse while underage and pre-transition. 

Another DMC fandom callout, by Echo HERE. Lying by omission about his history, pushing for a ship they were uncomfortable with, pressuring them and even involving a third party in pestering them into contacting him.

Callout by Dibella HERE. Content speaks for itself regarding his behaviour and things included are trans fetishization and invalidating another trans person’s discomfort, absolute inability to accept that someone has blocked him and respect that boundary, inciting a discord server to send anon hate, accusing someone of shipping incest despite doing so himself (hypocrite much?) and manipulation.

There are many, many other incidents of problematic behaviour from him in the DMC fandom alone not mentioned here that demonstrate as much as he claims, miles has not changed. The vast majority of things listed in this post began only last summer. His M.O. is to make a cookie cutter apology and claim he’s trying to do better but it is entirely insincere and he keeps doing the same things over and over. Witcher fandom, be warned.

i would like to say this wasn’t a post i wanted to make, but you know what? it is. because this isn’t okay, and it’s a disturbing trend i’ve seen lately. i am tired of being publicly harassed and stalked, and accused of things that i have never, ever done without proof. so here it is, before they can publish whatever they are going to say to inevitably attempt to twist the narrative. this document is screenshot heavy, and nothing has been excluded. tl ; dr stop stalking people who have stated they want nothing to do with you. stop dragging up drama that was resolved almost a year ago. stop persecuting people just because you ‘think’ they might be someone you dislike. move on. grow up. please like / reblog if you read.

WARNINGS FOR: SUICIDE THREATS, ABUSE, MANIPULATION, GUILT TRIPPING, GASLIGHTING

This is the sequel I know nobody wanted to see, but this was something I needed to do. But, as a disclaimer, I know that things between Kier and the parties behind the first KierCallout blog have been ultimately settled. THIS IS MOSTLY UNRELATED TO THAT, AND THOSE PARTIES DO NOT WANT TO BE INVOLVED ANY LONGER.

But I wanted to show that Kier’s problematic behavior didn’t begin and end with that debacle. I wanted to say definitively that I felt like I was being mistreated as their friend for the majority of the time we were friends. That’s not to say I haven’t made my own mistakes or that we didn’t have good times and good memories together. But the quality of friendships aren’t only based on the GOOD times. If the good times are good, and the bad times are abusive, that’s an abusive relationship, plain and simple.

By the end of our friendship, I was literally afraid of them. I was afraid to change my status from Invisible, afraid to speak, afraid to do anything that might get on their bad side. I was made to think that anything that I said that hurt their feelings was because I was a bad friend or a bad person. I was prepared to let sleeping dogs lie, but enough was enough when I found they block-evaded me using their positivity blog. NO CONTACT MEANS NO CONTACT. PERIOD. 

Thus, I made a summary of the two events that ended our friendship. Keep in mind that this comes on the back of multiple months of abusive, gaslighting behavior that I didn’t have time to show. As a result, the tone is pretty bitter and angry in a few places. My own terrible experiences have left me jaded, cynical, and distrustful about Kier as a person.

That being said, DO NOT TRY TO USE THIS AS AN EXCUSE TO SEND KIER ABUSE AND ANON HATE! I do not condone that in any way, and if you’re really going to send anonymous hate because of internet drama, reconsider your life choices. This document is meant to serve as an archive of prior abusive behavior and a warning to the community in case Kier falls back on old habits, not an internet hit job.

Also, so that a certain someone doesn’t get any funny ideas that he can capitalize off of the pain of MY experiences, here is the Callout Kier made of Mick / Juicy, who is apparently still after them. Two wrongs don’t make a right, and while I’m clearly upset about the treatment I was subjected to, that doesn’t mean I think what Mick did was justified. He utterly disgusts me. 

That said, I refused to be kept silent about my experiences because of the threat of him coming back. I’m not aiming to get them “cancelled” or trying to make them delete everything. But after months of walking on eggshells and blaming myself for every tiny thing that ever went wrong between us, I will not be cowed or told to shut up for their benefit any longer. For any reason. I deserve to be heard and to tell my story. And, most of all, I deserve closure after months of being treated terribly.

During my first month with my therapist, I was given this worksheet to read and work on. She noticed that while I was talking with her, that my thoughts followed a lot of these. I wasn’t aware that my anxiety had brought me down paths of low self-worth and stinky thinking.  After a couple of weeks of talking with her, she gave me this worksheet to work on. 

Curio is a very vindictive and dangerous person. Supposedly he was one of the people who attempted to false DMCA Nemo's callout way back when in an attempt to get people to stop seeing the evidence against them. If somehow not the case, he was still openly against people speaking up about Nemo and was willing to namedrop people who were calling her out and posted nonstop about how callouts only harmed people, and he still does. To this day he still vague blogs and complains about lack of interactions from time to time. Somebody who is willing to enable not one but multiple abusers has no right to be in a community such as this. If he gets enough flak, he'll just delete and make new urls, something he does every time.

This is HUGELY good news especially considering the rampant pr*ship community spreading shit on this site. Now there's a real, actionable way to combat it.

Remember to include references when it's a character that is underage--not everyone on Tumblr has the same base of knowledge.
