No, I hadn't heard of anything like this when I was at the DMS. Honestly, I don't know that there IS anything like this. I don't know if an entity like the King has ever had a Vessel like Derek. From what he's said, most Vessels get...erased by the process. But Derek is still Derek, mostly. Although...that's becoming less and less true the longer this goes on. It scares me. He scares me. I don't want him to kill me, and I also don't want him to die.
I prefer sunny days, most definitely. They're the best for taking walks outside and seeing the world around you. Rain is all right, unless it comes with lightning and thunder. Storms can get intense in the desert.

I do hate Hastur. More than I think I have ever hated anyone or anything. For a multitude of reasons, but mostly because none of this is necessary. Not the hide-and-seek, not those people's deaths; all the way back to me finding the gates in the first place. None of it. And I hate that I'm going through it, but I especially hate that my friends are going through it. That Avery is. God, I hate it.
