Hello, and welcome to my TF2 fanfic in all its nightmarish glory! Take Back The Fortress is a long-running story set after the events of The Naked and the Dead. When a mission during Halloween goes horribly awry, a monster is released from Merasmus's library, plunging the world into a new apocalyptic paradigm. Medic, Heavy, and a mysteriously alive C. Heavy are forced to team up to survive as they make the long trek back to Teufort - and perhaps uncover old mysteries that had been buried decades ago.
