expensive flowers. handpicked wildflowers. flowers from alien planets. flowers native to other countries that clark never stays in too long because he's always flying, always on the go, always saving everyone and never thinking about himself.

"clark always gets the door for bruce" ummmm no he doesn't. bruce has already beat him there. no it doesn't matter that clark has superspeed—pretty boy bruce wayne has doors held open for him all the time. it's his civic duty to do it for clark.

"clark plans all the dates" yeah uh ☝️🤓 no. i'm sure he could, but bruce spends every day at WE having his days planned for him. he wants to plan something. he wants to treat clark and surprise him. clark is literally his passenger princess; bruce does everything in his power to keep it that way.

do you have any idea how excited bruce is that he has a boyfriend who never gets this kind of treatment, excited to be the first (and only) one to do it. do you have any idea how much he loves doing these things for clark, these little acts of service for the one man who can do it all—just to take that little bit more off his plate.

Yet I don't think twice about prying one of my dog's jaws open to make them take their medication (just eat it when it's in the hot dog, Obi, ffs).

I like to imagine Bruce has regular realizations like this around Clark. He's reaching out and guiding Clark in a direction. He's grabbing a violently angry Clark by the shoulders to tell him to calm down. He's putting himself in Clark's space regularly, touching him, commanding him, arguing with him.

Bruce does something like grab Clark's arm to stop him from chasing after some villain and only afterwards realizes that Clark could have snapped his wrist like a dry twig. Bruce pushes him to sit down when he's injured and Clark just goes, even though Bruce watched him take an entire rocket to the chest without budging not a half-hour ago. Bruce prods at a bleeding gash and Clark just makes an unhappy sound and pouts at him instead of knocking the other man into next Sunday.

Clark lets him do it.

Originally a Kryptonian Warhound, Krypto was created in a lab by Jor-El and Lara. They changed his DNA to make him less agressive than the other member of his species and give him the ability to mimic other creatures DNA, in hope of being able to help Krypton's ecosystem. He was supposed to be the first of many creatures like him but Lara and Jor-El never had time to make more. He's also a hermaphrodite.

Thanks to that, Krypto can take the form of any dog he sees at least once but always keeping his original colors. He likes to change his appearance depending on the person he spends time with. Since his arrival on Earth, he never took his original form again.
