Week 12
What is working?
I am enjoying the meal prep with my existing customers who have decided to stick long term. it is quick and easy for me to order foods based on their commitment.Â
What is not working?
Having a fluctuation of customers is unpredictable and I wish there were more clients I could persuade. I think keeping on the relationships I have and expanding from there with the extra use of some marketing tactics would help.
How is the project coming along?
The project is great and nearly at its end. I think the key take away is that you offer a variety as opposed to the same only, and make sure you are confident with your options.
What are you learning about running a business?
I am learning that there is a learning curve for everyone and you need to focus on the positives and not always the negatives. Always help our when a ling of customers visit otherwise it reflects poorly on management.Â
What am I learning about myself?
I am dedicated and able to provide supports but sometimes I feel overwhelmed and out of the loop. To avoid this, I have a chat with my coworker or manager about the issue and they are able to make suggestions or alternative solutions
