     Quietly brings back the hc of Mako refusing to use his power unless he absolutely HAD no other option (like keeping Bolin warm in winter months, cooking raw food) bc he learned early on that his element can bring death, and witnessing how his parents were murdered just dragged him into a pit of utter despair and hatred for his own power

     “ I’m honestly prepared for the worst case scenario to happen. ” Mako remarks , hoping this does work out fine. Somehow , he gets the gut feeling it won’t   ---   or maybe it’s just his overprotective nature looking for things to get anxious about. It was a survival skill he learned early on.  It was better to be over-prepared than to be under-prepared. 

     I think I’m gonna make Noatak’s main verse his childhood after he runs away from home? Idk I wanna write him as Amon but I don’t want that to be the main focus
