Imagine two friends agree to do a soft porn video for extra cash. They where told that the scene was an eating competition and all they had to do is eat. At first it's actually a lot of fun. But then the director has them keep eating more and more food for a longer scene. They end up eating so much they have visibly bloated bellies and are very sick to their stomachs.
They know they can't eat anymore and plead with the director to just pay them. But he refuses. Instead he points out one little detail in their contract they missed. One of them has to eat the other. It's absolutely absurd. But, only one of them is protesting. As the other realizes that the only way to get paid is if they eat their friend. So with a grimace they nod at the director before grabbing their friend.
The whole process takes too long for the new pred, and when they're done they're in absolute agony. Their belly aches terribly and they can't stop the belches that escape them. They can barely hear the praise of the director over the pulsing in their ears. Not caring as he gets closer shots of their groaning, squirming belly.
Finally the muster up the energy to demand payment. Desperate to get out as quickly as they can so they can figure out how to get their friend out. But again the director refuses. Stating that they are no where near done, as this is the most profitable part.
The director brings out another person and has them rub their engorged gut. They gush about what a great pred they are and talk about how full they must be. The pred is confused at first, until they start mentioning how fat they'll get after digestion sets in. They want to panic. But their experienced hands are pulling them in a deep food coma. One that they won't wake up from until their friend is just slop in their belly.
The director is able to get several scene from them. From the initial feeding, to the update videos of their shrinking belly and softening body, to the final when the new pred is flushing away their old friend. The trio go on to make a number of more videos where the pred is stuffed to the brim with food, objects, animals, and other people. All of it churned away and added to their softening frame.
