i last gave a very quick rundown of them in this post and then added some extra notes in this post, but i don't really have a masterpost for them... not from any unwillingness to share (wouldn't have posted them publicly at all if that was the case) but rather due to the fact that i don't have any concrete story for them to offer </3 it's just 5000000 doodles with vague characterization and random stuff thrown at the wall forever. It's closer to making crossover fanart of my interests for mindless fun than any serious attempt at adaptation (you can tell from how often i draw any of them at any given time... have not sketched the guys pulled from demian1919 in ages and have instead been drawing vanya 6 billion times lately)

It's why they all have very localized tags now... i stopped using any of the big lcboc tags or even mention the source books for some of them cuz i dont have anything solid to put there. Frankly didn't expect anyone to care (not even saying that to be self-deprecating, it just seems to be the way it usually is for contextless oc stuff from what ive seen). What info is in their tags is pretty much everything they have to their names yeaup. If you think they're cool you could take them as an earnest attempt to shill the source books to you <3

But you asked me very nicely and I should at least bring up the books I haven't mentioned until now if I want to shill... or at least make it easier to look them up lol. I will try to put some more info in this post:33 (Mostly about the latest two. I've been having a lot of fun drawing them lately)

Knauer and Alfons are both minor characters from Sinclair's literary source. Funny guys from the boarding school. Don't care much for either of them now but i'd like to draw knauer more sometime. He's simply fun to draw. Funny guy in general. Somewhat neurotic, but mostly i find him endearing. demian19 is a really funny book you have to believe me

Dmitri/razumikhin and Avdotya/dunya are from Rodion's literary source. Made them because i was feeling a bit bummed out that there hasn't been any mention of them. Either could reasonably be part of already present characters/story elements (eg dunya as part of rodion's village and razumikhin being incorporated into limbus sonya) but i really like those guys as individual characters so i wanted to try making designs for them too:) to play dolls with rodya... for dunya i wanted to keep some of the original plot with the marriage but i also made her a guy to go with the changes to rodion and sonya's genders. Did the same to razumikhin purely for yuri reasons (You, too, should read cnp for avdotya and dmitri. today!!)

H.C. was the first sinner I made that didn't come from the main limbus literary sources and i feel like she has the least going on for her as it is... doesn't help that i'm not as crazy about the book as when i first made her. Used the initials also because i didn't wanna tag with her name. She'd probably think going by initials is really pretentious though lmao. If you've read the book you know what i mean. let's all catch some rye together. or something. we could even become catchers in the rye, yes....

I also went to actively look for other people with the same sinner oc (as in, same source book) after i'd made her and first found this acc on twt, and then more recently @/fireishallfire here on tumblr, if you want people who actually know what they want to do with their lcbocs. There are also a few oomfs who haven't debuted their beasts from this book yet. I will edit this post if/when they do.

Alyosha (karamazov): He's bootleg limby sonya. Jokingly made him 186cm recently since going off his sprite placement in canto 2 sonya should be around that height

Vanya (karamazov): She's bootleg limby rodya. Decided way back that she has a head over alyosha but without specifics so since he's 186cm ig i have to scale her to be. Taller. Than that (Oomf calls her fucking godzilla)

These two share a tag most of the time (occasionally there'll be a post with only one of them but those will still be filed under the v&a tag, only with an additional solo tag for each). On the rare occasions i draw other characters from the book they'll also be under that tag.

It would make the most sense for both of them to be NPCs (alyosha with the yurodivye... haven't decided for vanya but she should be in a spot where she can covertly help them without outright associating with the syndicate. mostly just to make sure her brother doesn't explode. she'd stop him from joining altogether if she could, really. they only have each other now.) but i like playing dress up so i couldn't resist thinking about uniform mockups and ego assignments... it's literally Fun everyone should do it...

about midway through writing this post i came across this post if you want another lcb ivan!! (hypocrite voice) kinda wish op tagged the book/full name so i could've found this post sooner... i really thought i was the first to make lcbocs out of these guys. beautiful karamazov world...

Anzu (@/anzuhan) also made a relationship chart for them for fun and no profit <3 (you can find the mini portraits in this post). i'm not really happy with how dmitri looks yet and want to make another design for him at some point.... (kinda don't care that much about him though so it'll probably take a while. Siblings of the karamazov name... in the book they're all brothers though(<- that should be more than enough for you to find the book. you can also just look up their names)

honestly this whole thing is just a really elaborate exercise to put off making book fanart #tbh if they're in limbus without any concrete story i can just make them all wear generic and vaguely modern clothes and play dress-up with the sinner uniform and ego and stuff. once i get around to uhhh actually looking the fashion up maybe i'll try. to make book fanart yeah. Usually the vague scenarios/text post sketches i make of my ocs allude directly to book events so if you like those you can read better versions of them in the books, yes.... Though do note that i have bastardized the characterization to some extent...
