Omg thanks! About the eyeliner, eyeshadow primer would probably help especially if you set it with a translucent power or an eyeshadow that's your skin tone. After you apply the liquid liner set it with black eyeshadow. You may also want to try benefits gel liner, while it take a bit to get used to the applicator it's one of the most heavy duty liners I've used and I usually put it my waterline.
