anyway it's cool that there's basically no way for your trauma to manifest that doesn't make people paint you as an evil person if it inconveniences them or makes them uncomfortable in any way. if you lash out, you're an asshole, and maybe even violent and dangerous. if you fawn in an attempt to appease others, you're manipulative and fake nice. if you struggle to do things that most adults are able to do, you're an immature manchild. the only way to win is just magically having a form of trauma that only uplifts you and turns you into a better, kinder, nobler person, without any of the parts that cause friction in your interactions with others. so good luck with that
