I've pointed this out many times but Max is the evil mastermind behind it all.

He controls Tyson's mood swings. His mum is a scientist with a lot of power. His dad has the hobby store where Kenny probably buys most of his gear from.
If you offend Max he potentially has the power to cut off all the supplies of decent bey parts like hes a ship in the Suez canal.
Don't test him.
