Dear spectrum: Fuck you
To everyone out there who is looking for a reliable fast and enjoyable internet provider I urge you to stay as far as humanly possible from charter spectrum, I pay for fast internet speeds and I get less than half of what I ask for, their customer service is awful and most of time I end up fixing the issue myself after the employees throw me through the same steps I had just performed, having spectrum is like eating a shit flavored ice cream cone, in short don’t use spectrum it’s fucking awful
