Like pushups are not easy, I have been doing strength training on a regular basis for over a decade and I still can’t do more than 2-3 in a row on my toes, I have to do them on my knees (granted I just work out at home and all I have for equipment is a set of adjustable dumbbells and I haven’t put any extra effort into getting better at pushups so obviously not a 1 to 1 comparison but still, pushups are hard)

Everyone gives Kafka crap for not having abs but just based on the fact that he could do this many pushups in a row means he clearly has incredible core strength

I really wish we knew what exactly his regular training routine looked like before he joined the Defense Force because he’s definitely got some impressive muscle just from that and doing manual labor

It did took longer because of my thumb but oh well.
