once i move into my dorm ill be on my own and wont be forced to eat

i went down a clothing size and was the lowest weight i have been in years then i fucked up and gained ten pounds so im locking back in

one thing abt me is i will always eventually log back into tumblr when things get bad

i am going to track my calories again i haven’t been anf ive been eating too much and people are lying to me saying i’m not fat literallt shut up i’m overweight shut up

i lost weight!!!!!!! its only 8 pounds from the last time i weighed myself but still!!!! im finally making progress!!!!!!!!!!!

i really want to lose 2lbs a week but i don’t have a scale so i cant track progress :/ thats be like 8 lbs a month and if i can id want to push it to 10 pounds a month but that feels too unrealistic. i want to AT LEAST be in the 150s by december/end of the year but even THAT seems unrealistic. i’m jealous of everyone on here with a lower sw than me. i feel like a fake because i dont look the part :/

ate breakfast today. whenever i’m at my mom’s she makes me eat it so i’ll have to work it off after school. i get like 2k steps at school tho so that’s some cals off of that breakfast!!

the thinspo of girls with skinny arms that shirts don’t fit and the ones of them in tight fitting shirts with pants that are too big are so effective (affective?) for me bcs i want to look cute in oversized things so bad. i haven’t eaten today and i still feel full?? also my cats have to go on a diet too LOL! they’re a bit chubby
