ADULTERY: FIRST LOOK AT NEW ITV DRAMA STARRING DOMINIC COOPER AND ROMOLA GARAI

The six-part series has started filming in and around Manchester this week.

Dominic Cooper (Preacher, The Devil's Double) and Romola Garai (One Life, Vigil) play the lead protagonists Tom Kirkman and Beth Brookes, who share an immediate, intense connection. As they struggle with their undeniable desires, the pair must grapple with their guilt and the potential consequences for their families.

Also starring in the series are Shelley Conn (Gen V, Bridgerton) as Tom’s wife Hannah, and Matthew McNulty (Domina, Deadwater Fell) as Beth’s husband Neil. And introducing rising star Johnny Sanpher and Leila Khan (Heartstopper, Crookhaven) who will play teenage lovers, Jess Kirkman and Ollie Brookes.

Happy Birthday Matthew McNulty!

Having McNulty at Terror Camp was a dream come true! My personal highlights were:

Raft of the Medusa mention (I love you for remembering that line, McNulty!)

Mix up of MacDonald and Stanley (but kudos to him for remembering that one of the doctors was sitting at the table even though he wasn't in the picture)

Go Kart King confirmed

Singing!!! And the lads wrote a song to which McNulty still has the lyrics and will share them

him being all by himself in the beginning before anyone else activated their cameras (and probably not realising it)

Lizzie the cat

the pure panic in his eyes when the others surprise-nominated him to answer a question

Terror FC confirmed

Seb not knowing who is sitting next to Fitzjames at the table and McNulty going, "Who's the guy [next to Tobias]? Me!"

the absolute faith in the show and lack of surprise that it became a success

Other fun revelations included Fitzjames being Scottish, Gibson wearing a bunny costume at Carnivale and Seb remembering neither Des Voeux's costume nor lines.

Geography of the Hapless Heart

I started this drawing in 2015. Occasionally poked at it every few years, then got bored. It only took 10 years, a different drawing program, and a complete change of palette to actually finish it. Sometimes WIPs do turn into Ws, it just takes a while!

The film it's referenced from was supposed to be released in 2010 but didn't come out till 2015, so I guess it makes sense.
