So I decided to take a crack at what I think Hanon and Rina’s hypothetical children would look like in Aqua! Unless Sango is one of theirs…If they’re going to be clones of their mothers then I decided to at least give them the coloring of their potential fathers to even it out.
I’m thinking Rina’s daughter is going to be predictably called Lina or Rima, though not sure which I like better. I’m leaning towards Rima as that’s at least actual Japanese name. As for Hanon’s daughter I’m thinking Kanon is a good name for her!

Sachiko was definitely on the wrong for not ending it with Shoji after she found out he was dating someone already, but she was definitely not worse than Shoji or Takumi. Why is that even a take. If you think that youre just a mysoginist looking for a reason to overhate any female characters who made any kind of mistake tbh.
EVERYONE knew about Shin's situation. None of them helped. None of them are fully innocent. Not even Yasu.
Nana Komatsu was a sexual assault survivor. That married guy who broke her heart chapter 1? He was most probably on his thirties repeatedly fucking a high schooler. Said high schooler who was shown to be completely emotionally dependant on the idea she was desireable. She felt she needed to love someone and be loved so that she would actually be happy and he took advantage of that.
Hachi might be immature. She might cling to idealistic versions of people she barely knows in hope they can make her feel fulfilled. It's obvious she overly romanticizes every situation she's in so that life actually feels like living, and that way she ends up not taking accountability for others' feelings. But that doesn't make her the egoistic, conceited slut most of the fandom makes her out to be. She's a very complex, very realistic character who has gone through way too much during the series not to end up fucked up in any way.
Reira is definitely a complex character. She has things in her past that explain how she acts, but they are in no way excuses. She took advantage of a 15 year old, a child, so that she could feel in control over her own life. She got Shin involved with her own personal problems and refused to stop even after he told her explicitly why what they were doing was wrong.
I could keep going. I probably should. But ughhhhhhhhhhhggghhh i just dont wanna see any more victim blaming on Shin ever again.
