I’m so late to answering this! I’m sorry, I didn’t answer when this was happening. I hope you’re doing okay though! I just did the first part of the ask since it’s getting a little late on my end, and I really want to get a few more asks done before heading to sleep.

Sans- If he wasn’t already awake he’ll startle awake and realize pretty quickly that this is an earthquake. He’s a scientist, and as such is pretty well informed. He won’t like the sound, but he’ll stay in bed like you’re supposed to when you wake to an earthquake, making sure to cover his skull. 

Papyrus- This’ll definitely freak him out and he’ll call for Sans probably thinking he’d make his way to his brother, but stops when Sans calls back telling him to stay put, hold on and stay away from windows, light fixtures and any furniture that could topple over. He’ll anxiously wait it out, and once it’s over he’ll hurry to Sans to ask what the heck that was!

Blue- When he startles awake to the earthquake happening his first instinct is to find Stretch to make sure he’s safe. So, Blue does the one thing you’re not supposed to do when you wake up in bed to an earthquake. He leaves his bed and goes to his brother’s room. Thankfully he isn’t hurt along the way, but Stretch isn’t happy he’d moves when he gets there, urging his brother to get on the bed with him and cover his skull. When it’s over Stretch’ll explain what happened. 

Stretch- Was probably already awake lying in bed when it happens. Like Sans he knows what this is and takes the appropriate measures. What he doesn’t expect is for Blue to show up! He’ll yank his brother onto the bed and tell him to cover his skull. He then realizes that maybe he should’ve explained earthquakes to Blue beforehand if it was even a possibility. 

Edge- Oh this poor bean. Edge has Astraphobia which is a fear of thunder, or thunderstorms, but the reason he has this phobia is because when he was a child a cave in happened Underground and he’d been trapped with a few other kids underneath rubble for a few days until they could be dug out. It’s the sound that gets him, and the rumble of an earthquake, and the fact that everything is shaking will put him right back there to being trapped under the rubble. He’ll have a panic attack.

Red- Startles awake, and immediately gets up even though he shouldn’t. He knows he shouldn’t, but as he feels the shaking under his feet and hears the rumble of the earthquake all he can think of is that he needs to get to Edge. That his younger brother will panic, and he won’t be able to handle something like this, thinking back to the time Edge got trapped in a cave in. He wants to protect his younger brother.

Berry- Doesn’t like the shaking. It makes him feel like the world is falling all around him. He’ll shut his sockets tight and just ride it out, but he’ll be jumpy for the first little bit afterwards.

Money- Is more irritated than anything. He’d actually been asleep, and now he’s been woken up to this? He’ll growl and cover his skull like he’s supposed to, but he’s not happy.

Black- First thing he does is call out to Rus asking if he’s alright. His loud voice carries so thankfully his brother hears and the next thing he knows Rus is beside him having shortcut into his bed. He’ll tsk and chastise Rus for doing that, but he’s happy to know his brother is safe and with him. 

Rus- Prepares to just stay put, but once he hears Black shout something he thinks his brother’s in trouble and immediately shortcuts to him landing with an oof on his older brother’s bed. Once he realizes Black was only asking if he was alright he’ll settle and just let his brother scold him for moving.

Crooks- Feels very vulnerable due to his large size. He’ll try to scrunch himself up a bit and make himself less of a target for anything that happens to fall. 

Axe- Unlike Sans he doesn’t know what this is, and it makes him panic slightly but that just causes him to freeze, which is good since he’s safest in his bed. Once it’s over he’ll be brought back to reality by Crooks shaking his shoulder asking if he’s alright.

Wine- Immediately leaves to find Coffee. He doesn’t care if stuff falls on him, or he ends up injured. He’s going to get to his brother who is most certainly panicking.

Heres my take on my swap papyrus.

Since personalities are swapped but positions are the same, paps is still trying to capture a human and get into the royal guard. But this isnt for glory, its for financial support

Sans is the older brother in this au, he raised paps essentially. He took on all those different jobs you see in normal undertale as a means to support them growing up and even now. Papyrus' motive for trying to get the job is a better means of support for them both, that way Sans can finally take it easy and he can show his brother that he really does care.

The problem is Sans feels it's wrong to capture the human for such dark means, especially against the king's wishes (asgore doesnt declare war on humanity in my version but the public ignores him and riots) so he helps frisk even in no mercy.

In pacifist papyrus ends up sparing you because he realizes that despite trying to capture you for sans, this isn't what he wanted. And he grows closer with his brother afterwards.
