SPOILERS FOR WIFIES ARGS(My personal theory)
So, clearly all the ARGs made by Wifies are connected, right? But I'm just gonna talk about four of them. The Department of Metaphysical Science(DMS) is clearly pissed at Wifies for recording and posting their experiments online. I doubt there are only four experiments, those must just be the major experiments, there has to be smaller experiments as well. We know two confirmed experiments are MCcompanion and Project Eternal and there are four experiments.
Searching for a World That Doesnât Exist/Destroying a World That Doesnât Exist(SFAWTDE/DAWTDE) must also be an experiment(Experiment name maybe Project Yellow or Project Hastur). They originally were testing it on Derek Hutchins(Derlord), to see if Hastur(The King in Yellow), is real. DMS wants to learn how to fully mind control people, and Hastur overloads peopleâs minds with knowledge. This essentially blanks their minds as their brain attempts to process the knowledge. Which leads them to go insane and leaves them in a vulnerable state. The DMS may want to use this to help with the mind control experiments. The DMS didnât plan for Derek(letâs have the DMS call him the RedLord cause code names and stuff) to die, but thatâs just how experiments work. So they download data from their RedLordâs computer and put that data in a computer they hid in a locker. Avery Atkins(heâll be the LunaMoth became their second chance to find this Eldritch Horror. The DMS didnât, however, know that their RedLord survived. So their RedLord sacrifices his life to protect their LunaMoth. Which causes some problems, as they were ready to take their LunaMoth in a van that is suited up with an IV bag, a stretcher, oxygen bags, anesthesia, etc, but now the vessel for their tool is their supposedly dead project. So they have to go to where their RedLord lives to try and transport him in time to the Department of Metaphysical Science Facility of Extracted Experiments(DMSFEE) before his mind is fully destroyed. But now their LunaMoth knows about Hastur, which is the other problem. Thankfully people think that heâs crazy and he doesnât know about the DMS.
This leaves us with these questions:
How did they know about the King in Yellow?
What actually happened to Derek?
What happened to the King in Yellow?
Why did the DMS choose Derek Hutchins for this experiment? What was so important about Derek? Maybe it was because he was smart. Maybe he was too smart and thatâs why he failed in the DMSâs experiment. Which is shown by Wifies.
Why was Avery their backup plan? Did they always have him in place in case Derek failed? Just like Derek, why a seemingly ordinary person? Maybe they choose Avery because heâs seemingly much dumber than Derek. They thought he wouldnât be able to figure it out. Wifies helps with his video on Derekâs journey(SFAWTDE).
How did they know about the King in Yellow?
Was it because of the book? Did they discover the cult? If so, how? Was he some sort of legend? Were any of the DMS employees members of the yellow religion before they left and the cult seemingly died?
What actually happened to Derek?
Is he still alive? Is he dead? Did the DMS take him? Did his mind merge and destroy Hastur? Does he have a family that wonders where he is? Does anyone but Avery know partially what happened? Yes, because Wifies showed the world what is actually known about Derek. Any family or friend or someone that knew Derek could watch that video and be like âHey, wait, I know that guy.â
Is he mentally okay? Did the DMS take him? Is Avery searching for Derek? Is Avery trying to get people to acknowledge what happened? Has Avery seen Wifies videos? Is Avery trying to get into contact with Wifies? If so, is the DMS stopping him? Does Avery want to help Wifies?
What happened to the King in Yellow?
Is Hastur alive? Did Hastur and Derek fully merge? Was Hastur destroyed by merging with Derek? Was Hastur taken with Derek to the DMS facility? Does the King know about the DMS? What happened to the Kingâs cult? What happened to the Kingâs domain now that the King has at least partially merged with the decayed mind of Derek?
Wifies has been messing with DMSâs plans, heâs been showing the truth to the world. The DMS wants him gone⌠unless they want him in their facility. Wifies has been smart enough to get this far, solving mysteries, seeing eldritch horrors, seeing the torture the DMS is willing to put people through just to get what they want. Yet Wifies still continued, despite being scared, he stopped one of their experiments because his morals outweighed his fears. To the DMS, thatâs a dangerous way of thinking, unless they can learn how to control it. I think they want to control Wifies in a way similar to something like Project Eternal, or maybe make him a new vessel for King in Yellow. All they have to do is see how much it takes to break Wifies and make him vulnerable.
And thatâs where The Search for the Leviathan(TSFTL) comes in. Now I donât think Hummer was there willingly. I believe that Hummer was from a smaller experiment, maybe a prototype for Project Eternal, and he was mind controlled to believe in Leviathan and be instant on it. So Hummer was placed very carefully and purposefully in line of sight of the DMSâs greatest enemy, Wifies. So Hummer unknowingly helps test Wifies's vulnerability and mental strength while also testing the Levathin, a creature they had already been researching. Wifies showed Hummer how quick he is to anger, especially about something he is so passionate about, therefore showing the DMS. They tested Wifiesâs belief and trust in these mysteries. Three times they tested Wifies. The first time was when Hummer sent Wifies down with the flying machine, where Wifies showed much skepticism in Hummer and this Leviathan. The second time Wifies showed trust and belief in Hummer but not the Leviathan. The third time Wifies trusts and believed Hummer and the Leviathan. Hummer died instead of Wifies because thatâs what the DMS wanted, he still had the water breathing potion(at the 1:19:50 mark) when they drowned. Wifies discovered the leviathan, he found itâs heart. He found a realm on the brink of the understandable, so close to the things that defy why we know. Then he fainted, because he found a realm no human should ever find, and he showed the DMS his vulnerability and now they now what they need to finally get rid of Wifies.

Specifically stating things such as,âEthereal plane flanked golden foliageâ,âThe ocean opened up beneath me, swallowing me wholeâ,âA world once inhabited, now abandoned.â

A place that looks ethereal flanked by golden foliage, clearly abandoned even though it looks like it was once inhabited.
This how Wifies got there(at the 1:21:16 mark):
Swallowed whole by the ocean.
Whoever made that post went there too. Maybe it was Hummer, and thats why he was a victim of the DMS.
Another thing is the number 537, where you can see the old post the clearest.Â
537 is an angel number, the numbers 5, 3, and 7 all meaning different things, of which Iâll connect to the events of TSFTL:
(They have a lot of different meanings so Iâll point out only a few)
5: Making important decisions/choices - Wifies makes the same decision three times, drowning, showing his belief and trust in the Leviathan
3: Assistance and encouragement - Hummer was there to encourage Wifies and assist him in his search for the Leviathan
7: Inner-wisdom and determination - Wifies follows his own knowledge, his curiosity and he is constantly determined even when it seemed impossible for the Leviathan to be real.
537 all together: Stand tall in your beliefs and trust your intuition - Wifies, at the end, despite having doubts from time to time, stayed true to his beliefs in the Leviathan and was told multiple times by Hummer to trust what his intuition is telling him.
The Leviathan and connections to SFAWTDE/DAWTDE:
The Leviathan in history and H.P. Lovecraft eldritch horrors is a primordial being that doesnât typically harm humans, instead encouraging belief in both itself - Hummer constantly encourages Wifies to believe in the Leviathan, even stating that believing in him is all the Leviathan wants.
It kind of looks like an eye, a yellow eye.
Kinda like the Kingâs yellow eye at the 1:50:14 mark.
Something that Hummer points out as a factor of why he trusts and admires Wifies for is Wifiesâs curiosity, something that was shunned for having in SFAwTDE/DAWTDE since it got Derlord killed.
Curiosity was used twice by entities both to really just make themselves more known. And the reason why Wifies constantly never gives up in these ARGs is because of his curiosity.
And maybe to actually solve the mysteries surrounding the DMS and their experiments, he has to become one.
