Thank you everyone who has been checking in with me the last few days! 🔎One week after LASIK surgery, and the difference between 20/20 vs. 20/800 vision is astounding! I highly recommend taking the leap if you're thinking about it. And if you're local to the Chattanooga/Knoxville/Atlanta area, @woolfsoneye is incredible! Dr. Woolfson has corrected over 100K eyes and is the official LASIK surgeon for the Atlanta Falcons. He's extremely competent, kind, and very funny, so the whole experience was awesome and painless. Cherokee, NC is a lot different in 2020 than it was last year when I visited. There's not much open, and what is open isn't nearly as fun! (Like the casino... All the fun things to do are closed, so there's only stupid gambling! But we came, we saw, we walked 3000 steps, took a pic, and left with all our money!🎲🃏) You know it's not the same when you have a hard time finding good fudge. 🍫 Still, I'm very thankful to have this day date and vacation, and sometimes it's the unplanned moments that make the best memories!
