I'm so grateful to be at the point where I realise my legs are beautiful and strong and they're all mine. 💕 I used to think there was something wrong with me because no matter how much I dieted and exercised I couldn't get a thigh gap. ✨🤒 wanted to take a post workout pic to show you that without sweating my ass off and hardly being able to walk out the gym cus my legs are jelly I would not be able to indulge the way I do with pizza and donuts etc🍩🍫🍕 I've learnt what works for me by listening to my body. I now train 3 times a week for about 2 hours starting off with cardio warm up likes skipping and boxjumps moving into light weights and getting upto my heavy squats finishing off with stretching. It's taken me 5 years of consistently working out no matter where I am (you can exercise anywhere at anytime esp when traveling) trying all sorts of PTs, classes & YouTubes to get to the punt where I LOVE working out because I want to be healthy and strong for life. I have never regretted a workout and when I struggle for motivation I just remember how good I felt after the last time. 🙌💪🏼 no one can hand you motivation but you and your body deserve it.
