OH MY F*CKING GOD NO WONDER YOU HATE YOUR OWN BODY SO MUCH AND KEEP SPEWING INCEL B*LLSHIT WHILE CONTINUING TO BE IRREPARABLY DEPRESSED UNLESS A WOMAN PAYS ATTENTION TO YOU.

I kinda got reminded how big of a crush I had on *Nemuri Kayama from MHA, and generally how I go weak in the knees with assertive and confident women. But in all my writing there just isn’t any place for a flirty character (and neither do I like writing shipteases, sorry 😞 ) but I wanna make it just because.

Firstly, it’s screwed up to assume people who are sensitive over polycule content are just being phobic… They aren’t, sometimes (talking from experience) they have memories of being cheated on without consent or even just gradually squeezing you out until you lose all relevance to a relationship. Hell people maybe even play these games because they have been heartbroken too much by other people and its the only place they feel they can love in peace.

Secondly, if the game has had ZERO implications of polycule action and now suddenly introduces it, you know what this reminds me of? HSR and Genshin Impact’s straight-baiting where they feature implicitly queer characters being close to the main character or to someone of the opposite gender. Why does Mihoyo do this? To generate outrage and attention, it’s a well known marketing strategy you probably have seen in the west a lot of times with movies not even trying to make themselves look entertaining and only antagonize their audience just to garner attention.

At his core he’s a fallen angel except cosmic horror and sci fi shenanigans, a incredibly dense spark of information kicked out of his plane of existence that’s so complex compared to our universe that the universe is actively “loading in” more of his information because it’s too much to process all at once as he sinks into space-time.

I kinda loved the idea of vacuum decay (do NOT look it up if end of the universe scenarios scare you) so that element is his primary narrative threat that he’s so energetically dense in his full form he would push the universe to a true vacuum, and thus he’s a ticking time bomb narratively in not just punch him till he dies but also scientifically there needs to be a way to stop him from entering the universe fully.

Being so overpowered it stands to reason in the story I have him in, he is the final antagonist.

I’m still deciding how exactly a sparkling red dot gets a body but in the final battle he serves as a power core for a machine he eventually takes direct control over… Oh and the fight takes place on a different planet because turning on the machine passively produces enough pollution to kill an entire biosphere 💀.
