i rly didnt think about the alc. intolerance basically doubling from the increase i took that day, or that i weigh so much less now even compared to last year and cant have a few in a row like i used to. thankfully it didnt progress into anything bad, but i feel really guilty about freaking out my loved ones and having them see me like that. or be stuck in a waiting room this isnt a woe is me thing, i dont need asspats, i just have felt kinda shitty about getting myself into that situation the last few days. i promised everyone id monitor that shit better, and i will. i know im still cared about, but it doesn't alleviate the shame right away idk i just wish i didnt grow up so sheltered sometimes. im smarter than being an unrecognizable blackout drunk mortified by her actions the next day, and a sweeter person than someone who terrifies her family.
