So basically, some people were judging other fans for their views/headcanon, specifically, that Gale is a virgin or inexperienced in sex.

“They didn’t play the same game,” “He’s a freak,” “These are bad takes,” “You’re in denial,” “He fucks a lot.”

What about minding your own business and stopping discrediting people who don’t share the same views as you?

Yes, it was established in the game that he’s not a virgin, and that’s where it stops. It’s a trope in fanfiction that’s quite common and no different from any other. Yes, we know that Gale isn’t chubby. We know that he’s not trans. We know a lot of canon facts, but that shouldn’t stop people from enjoying what they want.

As a Bloodweave shipper, I personally love this trope, even if I know it’s not canon. Also, I don’t think he’s a freak. Do I deserve to be mocked by condescending people for being stupid and not understanding the game and the character? I don’t think so.

It’s the same for everything else. I think Gale is a submissive bottom and you think he’s a dom top? It’s all good, as long as you don’t mock my opinion in the tags! Don’t like it? Just scroll and let people enjoy what they want!
