Honestly, trading should be our new currency. Bring back the old currency!! You can exchange whatever you want for whatever you deem worth. A simple example: A box full of fresh fruits and vegetables in exchange for fixing a broken window or laundry machine. We could have so much more freedom and realize how worthless money is. It’s not even a physical form of currency, it’s mostly just numbers on a bank account, but you’ll always need food, water, a safe place to sleep and human interaction. Heck I’ll make a homemade pie or a bag of cookies if I can get 1-2 DVDs 😭
