Not because I’m somehow insecure, or unsure, or I don’t know how to explain things, or that I changed my mind… it’s simply because I feel it’s unfair. Tae already went through this shitshow heavily. He got dragged every way and beyond. It does not have to happen again because of another member.

I have spoken on this plenty… extensively… in depth. My tags for it are: taennope, taennie, and gurumi. I promise my thoughts and a lot of others thoughts are all there.

I see fanservice as more than the shipping stuff. Jk doing his birthday live for example is also fanservice imo. They all do stuff that’s for fans.. to make fans happy. I don’t mind it in general (though also.. I personally got the feeling Jk wasn’t really into doing his birthday live.. so in that case I’d hope he had the option to not do it… which I’m unsure of in this case).

The shipping stuff, that I can certainly do without. I have said this before, I don’t think Jm and Jk in private are the way we see them in AYS for instance. I do think there’s physical affection there, but way less. A huge factor imo is BH’s editing (and that will be very interesting in the upcoming season… do have currently have panicked editors going over the new footage again?). It is clear that there has been an angle to the way they show Jm and Jk. Not in the way that it actually shows us a couple in love, but just enough to keep Jkkrs hooked to the idea. I think for years now from a company perspective maintaining Jkk has been without much effort. Jkkrs have taken over that control and will continue with just the slightest nudge. That nudging I would like to see stop for sure.

I’m interested to see how this will continue. I think continuing with Jkk the way they had comes with risks now. We are obviously going to see Jm and Jk together again at some point. I already know that remaining Jkkrs will cling to the smallest things like crazy (hehe) and Tkkrs will respond to that (possibly other sides as well. They will be scrutinized to the extreme.

like i’m sure the other members have had relationships too but there hasn’t been a similar situation before (that i know of). their partners have stayed quiet and i think doing that makes sense because that’d help protect you AND whichever band member you’re dating.

but yeah i do acknowledge that not everyone would keep it secret or want to. i’m sure it’s statistically likely or something for such a situation to arise at least once in a band of 7 people.

anyway! sorry for the rambling! the situation is just confusing to me i guess 😭

(also idk i have a feeling that maybe jimin still has feelings for her/the situation isn’t as over as the statement made it seem.)

I didn’t follow this closely when it started (I came into fandom in 2022 and was all over the place for a while 😂). If I’m correct though, people got suspicious because of her posts that weren’t outright about Jm. She posted from his apartment and I think people just spotted similarities in a somewhat natural way. Things linking her to Jm. I mean.. she’s an actress so she had followers and amongst those followers were most likely people who are BTS fans and you know how they get when stuff matches. I think it just snowballed.

I love when they just openly adore each other. The way the look at each other. They are so soft with each other. It's been 10 years and JK still finds Tae pout-eating adorable.

I also love that JK is in all black sitting in his dark stone dungeon mansion. Tae is light shirt, in his blindingly lit up apartment. Yet they are just happily giggling on their little facetime call which we got to watch.

I am positively surprised, that we are getting to see them so much - what a joy & privilege ❤️
