like I can see a predator watching how y'all justify minor / adult ships and feeling validated. they don’t just enact violence outside of the internet. they are real people who consume media just like you and me. those of you who ship children with adults share a space with actual predators

it’s also wild to me that y'all don’t think a pedophile could ever be an artist or writer. I guarantee you they are content creators you enjoy on social media. you’re giving them a space to safely express their interests and you validate their inclination to hurt real children when you promote “hebephilia” as healthy. every time you say “the technical definition of pedophilia is 13 years old and younger”, some adult freak feels better about being attracted to a 14 year old. saved by the bell huh!

you’re harboring actual predators, making them feel great about themselves, giving them a platform in fandom & the ability to harass minors into silence with that platform. it isn’t just desensitizing kids, it’s also desensitizing predators

hey! want to help abused trans kids? my boyfriend @dullhorror and i are going to be moving across the country to escape my abusive family. we cannot get jobs due to lack of said jobs and no car. but my wonderful friend is going to be using her own money to try and help us out. unfortunately, this will be from their first personal paycheck which….won’t be a lot or enough.

to get three people from the upper midwest to the east coast will be just around $800 or so dollars. we have basically most of it with nothing left over for food or basic items needed for self care. (we aren’t asking for $800 dollars! i’m trying to at least get $200) we’d be struggling until we’d get jobs which we are already applying for! and we pretty much have a job once we move out of here and to my friend’s house!

as of oct 24th my boyfriend lost his foodstamps because he doesnt have kids and we HAVE run out fast as my abusive family barely buys any and took all his foodstamps. we are having to clean the entire house which wouldnt be an issue if they didn’t extremely nit pick everything! we cannot make them happy enough to let us stay here any longer.

we will be attempting to leave around the 18th of November! we can be kicked out any time my abuser finds out as she is STILL threatening to kick us out. every day we have to fight with depression and the fear of my abusive family and hide whenever my aunt decides to have an episode. she has struck fear into the both of us and it isn’t healthy to be here anymore.

There is no cure for autism, but there is no need for one. Our lives would be just fine if non-autistic people didn’t actively discriminate against us.
