Food lies can take DECADES to be debunked, and over 90% of chronic disease stems from food industry deception. Think about Crisco, introduced in 1911 as an alternative cooking oil. It was made from cottonseed oil, originally used in candles, and marketed to replace butter and lard. It took over 100 years for public outrage to get the trans fats found in Crisco banned, even though they can destroy the heart, brain tissues, and cells. This isn't an isolated incident. Asbestos, DDT, glyphosate, and even fluoride have similar stories of being introduced with little oversight, causing harm, and taking decades to be removed or re-evaluated. So, when powerful interests tell you something is "healthy" or "safe," always question it. The history of public health is rife with examples of things we were told were fine, only to find out much later they were damaging. -Dr. Berg
