The World is Just Weird

So I opened minecraft for the first time in forever and it was raining and snowing in a checkerboard pattern across the chunks.

Learning the new texturing system.

Tried to make glowstone actually glow, like, animated.

Checked out the new preset maps from the "Customized" world option. They're pretty cool. Most are fairly standard, but these in particular caught my attention.

The top two pictures are from the "Water World" map. Everything is flooded all the way up to the maximum block height, and there are just these weird spires of land poking up to the top of the water. It's extremely weird.

The middle picture is from the "Good Luck" map. It's a perfectly normal map...except that all the oceans are lava. X''''D

The bottom two pictures are from the "Caves of Chaos" map. This map is awesome and epic and has all the insane mountains and tunnels you could want. The downside is that it's about equal to an Amplified map in terms of lag, so Minecraft crashed midway through exploring. Oh well.

I’M REALLY ANNOYED I CAN’T PUT MORE THAN ONE PHOTO IN A SUBMISSION but basically there’s a bunch of kuroshitsuji reaper references in me and my friend’s server and I thought you’d find this entertaining. This is the butcher shop in our village~
