I’ve been past the point of just overweight or fat for years at this point. However, I’ve always retained a decent amount of exercising ability. I’m not sure if it’s just my recent lifestyle or just reaching my current weight but I’m definitely noticing a lot more struggle now. I can barely do five regular push up’s in a row and it took me legitimately 10+ minutes to catch my breath. I obviously struggle with stairs like any fatty but my walking is still very much fine. So I think it’s a combination of my upper body getting weaker and just so much more weight pulling me down. My arms chest and belly are definitely putting on the most weight recently so it shouldn’t have been a surprise but still. I also can barely hold a plank for 10 seconds and I haven’t been able to do a proper sit up in a few years. If any of you can relate to these sorts of changes I’d appreciate in the comments any thoughts or advice.
