Fish and Purple Coleslaw 3 cups of raw veg (purple cabbage, onion, chili) ยฝ green apple 90g cooked fish 4 big slices of avocado Lemon juice and salt + pepper to taste Finely chop/shred cabbage onion chili and apple, put in bowl and squeeze lemon juice.
