A wonderful day at Blue Fizz's wedding show, held at Bickleigh Castle yesterday. Lovely to meet lots of new, beautiful brides. Very happy to have been next to all the gorgeous dresses!

Yesterday evening I couldn't help but let out the lyrics and melody to a song that was destined to be written after our return from Australia in December. Yes, I know! It's been a long, frustrating journey to get to this position. My persistence worked out rather well indeed. A video/sound clip will be blogged in the near future. Between then and now... Catch me revisiting some of North Devon's greatest open mic's. Including the wonderful Bar Electric's in Woolacombe on a Wednesday, where I should be found collaborating (luckily for me) with some of North Devon's finest musicians. If you're planning a trip to one of these brilliant evenings.... Email ahead to see if I shall be performing on down.... I'm going to keep my head screwed on right now as someone has kindly lifted the wall of writers block that has been lingering around me for far too long. Watch this space.

The Jubilee will be upon us this weekend. The place to be for a wonderful Saturday of celebration is The Thatched Inn, Abbotsham. I will be performing from 7-7.45pm and again from 8-8.45pm leading up to the super talented band iFunk. Also rather pleased my bunting, that I made for the big wedding last year, will have another use! Hope to see you all there!
