Today is my 35th birthday, so I'm at @tgifridaysjapan having a calorie laden dinner! As of this morning, my weight is 69.6 kg and I've achieved all my #applewatchgoals for nearly three weeks...

#day3 is a success!! I reached my #weightlossgoal for January! I'm now at 70.6 kilograms, which means 6.3 kilograms down and 8.3 to go!! This week (Sun Jan 29 to Sat Feb 4) I'm going to have a "perfect week!" I am going to achieve all of my Apple Watch goals! 1) Burn 160 kcal or more (red) 2) Do at least 30 minutes of exercise (green) 3) Stand up and move around for a minute once an hour for 12 hours or more. (Blue) I will post a picture of my Apple Watch every night before bed. Let's see if I can't get moving and KEEP moving!!!
