Motion media is another form of media (obviously) that has can display moving text and graphics. Basically it is just a slide show, but faster.
The characteristics of motion media is that [1]it will communicate a message to a large, anonymous, audiences. [2]It also communicates to mass audiences simultaneously, mostly in public, but sometimes in private. [3]Sometimes it uses two sensory, if motion media is to combine with audio, the audience will have to use both sight and hearing, enhancing the relay of message.
There are many types of motion media, first we had Animation, where in animation is a picture by picture or frame by frame produced media that will play sometimes 12 frames per second or 24, then Motion pictures Movies, Films and videos which is mostly used today, then Interactive Videos where in the user can interact with the video, or what’s happening in video would have to include the audience, then lastly we have Streaming Media where in like Movies, this is live. So its similar to the second one but its’ live.
But there are advantages and disadvantages, but here’s the advantages,
It is attractive in so many ways
Best use for instruction or step by step guides
Its flexible (fast-forward, pause, slow-mo, etc.)
Its accessible
Can target mass audiences
But there are disadvantages
If you get confused about the video, you don’t have the ease of access to contact the person who made that motion media
Time Consuming (Producing)
If you got some problems about this, we can take to the DMs

Podcast is actually not only audio, but also video, podcasts are news feed that you can access on demand it gives you updates about something, and if that update was released 6AM, you can listen to it at 8AM again.
Now a days we can store our sounds or audio media as an mp3 file, wave file, etc. And these can be stored in a CD, External Hard Disks, USB, external memory cards, in the cloud, your computer and phones. But back then Audio can be stored in mix tapes, vinyl discs, and magnetic tapes and strings, and there are some myths at audio were stored into clay vases. We record this by making sound waves into analog or mechanical back then, but now we only make it from analog to digital.
There are different audio file formats in this digital age, like MP3, AAC, WMA Lossy, Wave, ATRAC, OGG, AAC, .GSM, .DCT, .AU, .AIFF, .Vox, .Raw and FLAC.
There are 3 things, Pitch, Quality, and Loudness
Hearing is like you’re unconsciously and listening needs concentration, and with the use of the brain.
Some photos for mi project, and you’ll see my face, but don’t mind it.
Perspective shot
Because it has a large area in a small photo.
Balanced Shot and Center of Interest
Because of the computer.
Center of Interest, Shape and Lines
Lines, because there are lines, shape, because everything is square, Center of interest, because THAT SINGLE TILE IS OUT OF PLACE MUCH OCD MUCH WOW.
Contrast
Because the Yellow background is more brighter than my red tank top.
Perspective, Contrast and Noise
Noise because of the stuff at the background, Contrast because of my skin and my bright red tank top, and Perspective because it has a large area in a small photo.
.Center of interest and Direction
Direction because I was moving when this shot was taken, and center of interest because I’m standing out from the background.

Ubiquitous Learning, according from Education-2025, Ubiquitous learning is often simply defined as learninganywhere, anytime and is therefore closely associated with mobile technologies. The portability of computers and computing devices has blurred the traditional lines between formal and informal learning. It is used to explain or to extent someone’s knowledge and make them familiar with the 21st century technologies. Some examples are adapting or someone getting used to an object that is they are not familiar with. Another example is a person from the provicial places, that encounters a very advanced technology.
Massive open online courses, according to Margaret Rouse is a free Web-based distance learning program that is designed for the participation of large numbers of geographically dispersed students. A MOOC may be patterned on a college or university course or may be less structured. It is used by teaching people that doesn’t live near each other, and or as my definition said, for distant people. Some examples are Skillshare, Instructables, Khan academy and others.
Wearable Technology, according to Vangie Beal, Wearable technology (also called wearable gadgets) is a category of technology devices that can be worn by a consumer and often include tracking information related to health and fitness. Other wearable tech gadgets include devices that have small motion sensors to take photos and sync with your mobile devices. It is used to observe the person for anykind of benefits, and it is also used to make a person more immersed or increse productivity. Some examples are the Note Gear, the Apple watch, Oculus rift, HTC Vive, Google Glasses.
3d environment, according to google (wiki) 3D Interactive environments are often referred to as virtual reality or interactive 3Dand have a figurative appearance. Much like our own world, this type of world allows interaction with other (networked) beings as well as manipulation of objects (Loeffler & Andersen 1994). They are a kind of virtual habitat. It is used by showing virtual generated objects to make the user see a virtual 3d enviroment to see their ideas. Some examples are Virtual Reality and Argumented reality where in Virtual can be viewed with a VR goggles, and argumented reality can be done with a camera. One example of this is Pokemon Go
All becaue Ubiquitous learning is in our head always, MOOC is an optional choice but people will come back to this to solve their problem, wearable technology, it influence mostly kids or a child minded person as it involves physical movements, and 3d enviroment because you can see the idea right there, and society is easy to be influenced by this.
Visual media and information is a type of design to help visual learners learn things more quickly, and this is made even more easier with the use of technology.
3) What is the difference between formally and informally produced visual media?
Formally produced visual media is media from organization, like government, schools and approved media/publishing outlets, and the other produced visual media is considered informal.
4) What is the purpose of visual information?
To see information more simple, and visual information is more faster than reading, and visual information can be general, but specific.
5) What are the different visual design elements?
There are points, lines, shapes, forms, spaces, colors, texture, and texts. With these, you can create so much designs, where each element should compliment with the others.
6) what are the visual design principles?
There are principles, such as balance, proportion, perspective, emphasis, movement, pattern, repetition, variety, harmony, and unity. This is not just applicable on photography, it can be applicable in layouts, info graphics, and designs.
E - POSTER
Don’t hide yourself from the internet, if you’re going to tell the person’s imperfection, it would be more better to say that to the person, face-to-face.

This insight is a reflection or my opinion about this...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VE8GHioR1YU
1) How was Mr. Nestor Punzalan affected by being wrongfully accused in social media as the suspect in the said shooting incident?
He felt confused and scared, due to the bashing in social media, this made him feel unsafe, because of the threats he received in social media, this not just affected him but also affected his family, and all of them are scared and confused.
2) What is the liability of Top Gear, other media outlets, and netizens who wrongfully accused Mr. Nestor Punzalan as the suspect in the said shooting incident?
The people or the person who will take the full liability can receive a punishment of Libel.
3) What role was played by citizen journalism and social media in this incident?
They became cyberbully and people who will give death threats to the family. The people became terrorisers of the family.
4) What positive and negative effects of media and information on individual and society were evident in this incident?
The positive effect is that they gave the report a boost, or making the news faster to other people, but the negative one is that the report is unsure, turning it into this case where in an innocent was accused of murder instead of the real suspect.
5) How can we prevent this kind of incident as experienced by Mr. Punzalan from happening in the future?
We can prevent this by submitting the evidences to the police and let them verify if the suspect is true or not, but in every 50 posts, there will be always a mistake, where in 1 of them will can be a libel.
6) What important lessons can we learn from this event as a social media user?
Always believe a real and reliable source, a highly rated source or news outlet, and always think twice before sharing if it’s true, not offensive, and others.
The questions relates to the video below.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EheCmXH0jU0
What is the stand of Mr. Nicholas Carr on the issue? Is he on the affirmative or on the negative? What are his arguments?
Nicholas Carr was on the affirmative, he was talking about the child or the children to experience more via these technologies such as smartphones, and as Carr said, it will make the child more curious than ever,
What is the stand of Ms. Genevieve Bell on the issue? Is she on the affirmative or on the negative? What are her arguments?
She was in the neutral, in my perspective, because she was anxious about the technology. Bell said that it depends on the country on how they introduced the technology to the children.
Do you think elementary school children should be allowed to own smart phones? Explain.
Yes, because this opens a new world for them, but with the few restrictions the child should be ‘safe’, I emphasized it because we know how sometimes technology is isn’t safe as there are messed up people out there, but technology opens a new world, where kids can share their works and see others works, because technology just made interacting with another person easier.
Media, or our way of communicating, media has everything from audio to visual communication it really made sharing and communicating more instant but more public. We have our own responsibilities as a human being, interacting with another, these responsibilities also applies into media because interaction is still there.
All of us have some manners or ettiquete when some one is talking in person, and so does happens in the media, where in you respect one another. We all have our own responsibily, we have to follow the law, and others that is good related. But we are humans and media is just another way to talk to each other, so harrassing, bullying, gossip will never go away, and some of these are the problem, not just in the media, even in real life. Media can be a mask to those who targets the people, and they can be stopped with the right tools. Again, we are humans, sometimes we spill the beans, or say thing too much, or just people being this so called “up to date” where in the every move or event they make, they share this to their media disregarding the dangers in media, such as stalkers and such. Media made it easy for other people to get updated on their target person, because its really just there, a few types and you’re updated.
Media doesn’t have rules, only people who are connected. Media is just used to group people and they could talk within that group. For example, Facebook is a Media where in you’ll see their personal information and you can talk to them, including here is what they post, usually what people posts or share is their life or what’s happening about it. There are no rules, only you and your responsibilities, if you posted too much about yourself, you’re exposed. If you post too little, its okay, it really depends onto you. Think about your post, and what you should get is reaction, not other things. You have your own responsibilities, and ettiquite, use it, and don’t abuse it. If someone does, report them.
TLDR: To conclude the post, media is just a way for you to interact with others, you have your own responsibilities and decisions, its up to you if you want to expose yourself in the media, or use a proper ettiquete so you can still hide some of your sensitive information, if someone is being a trouble, don’t hesitate to report or talk about it.
Carabuena went viral as one person uploaded the video into social media making him famous for the act that he did, bullying a traffic enforcer that he’s position is higher the law enforcer because he got pulled over, but because of that, his bullying turned around, with the Philippines’ patriotism towards the law enforcer, now he’s the one who’s getting bullied.
What Carabuena did made the netizens mad, due to his boasting about his position in being a HR manager, to a Law enforcer who pulled the car over, that Carabuena did a traffic violation and direct assault. Not just that, if you were the traffic enforcer and you’re doing your best to keep your country in order, it’s really hard especially if you’re going to encounter these kind of people every day, sometimes not just one.
According to Vibar of ABS CBN, with their anger the neitezens filed a petitions to fire Carabuena from his job as a HR Manager at Philip Morris Tobacco Corps. And Carabuena was rushed to the hospital due to his feeling of discomfort because of the offensive comments he received from several people in the fiscal’s office. Not just that but they also made some pictures about him, here are some examples.
And they even made a dedicated social media page just about him.
And they even talked about him in forums.
And the neitizens even have a nick name for him, calling him Bayney or “Baboy” (Pig)
The neitezens affected Carabuena’s life because after all that happened he lost his job, he was the content of news and social media where the netizens bullied him from his bullying, this made him apologize to the MMDA, and here’s the transcript:
Technology and the internet made bullying easier, because most of us, has at least 1 gadget in our house, and some of these gadgets are connected into the internet, and it is connected into social media. Bullying became easier because you can go to that person’s profile or the person’s social media profile and comment or message those person directly hurtful comments. Social media profile is now common because people post their events in it; sometimes they even post their personal information, and their personal life. It also made the poster see a one way mirror where in they feel their own felling but they don’t feel your feelings.
Use social media wisely, don’t post too much information about you, and your life. This also means to not judge but you can react to other person’s post and don’t share a post if you know it is damaging to that person’s life. Don’t respond to a “basher” or a bully, that’s what a bully really wants, your reaction. Don’t fight back to the bully, get a screenshot or save the evidence, talk to a trusted adult or a law enforcer, block the person’s profile so that he can’t find you anymore, be civilized in doing these actions, don’t be a bully as it might back fire, be a friend, not a bystander, if anything happens don’t keep it to yourself, inform the law enforcer or a trusted adult. And according to Alex, Don’t mind other people just focus of what who are as a living in this world and being positive in life, and don’t change yourself because other people insult you. Because again in this world you are YOU-NIQUE J.
TLDR: Carabuena got famous from a video that he was bullying a traffic enforcer, he was boasting about his position, because of his actions the people of the Philippines started to bully him back or a payback because of the action, where in the people think or thought that what they are doing is justice via the internet or social media.
But what really mattered that both of them made a mistake, where in Carabuena started an argument with a traffic enforcer, if he didn’t resisted and just take the ticket it would be fine, Anf the netizens were also wrong, because they harassed, bullied and made fun of him on the internet, where in the internet is actually global. And not just that Carabuena is out numbered, making him feel weak and helpless, this made an effect to Carabuena, physically and mentally, because cyberbullying, can cause so much damage, especially if the bully, is a group of people. And cyberbullying is not the best way to justify someone’s case, it’s a law breaking action.

Information, the source will always matter, because if the source is hoax, all of knowledge is just a fraud. Let’s go back to see some of the information, we have the indigenous knowledge, or the tribal or local information, where in all of the information focuses about a village’s history or a tribe’s history. Library, where in you’ll see a large collection of books and information for you to cite and explore some old information that is new to you. Internet, the source is just a click of a button, but everything you see in the internet is not stable, by that I mean there are some information that’s not real and some are real but in the internet, things are static. Mass media, it is where the mass or a large amount of people is being informed of something that will really convince you that, this information is real, but it’s real, here’s an example, the news. But sometimes some of this information is fraud, fabricated, or the media was bribed.
