Recovery is a long and really hard process. A lot of us might have just begun, many of us are still in the process of healing. Sometimes there's a small ray of light which shines through, and at times it feels as if you're stuck in a dark tunnel which has no end. It can feel like a hopeless battle at times but it really isn't. We make baby steps in recovery which might not seem like much but it is. Take time to reflect today and look back on all the baby steps you took to see how they add up. You're a long way from where you began. And if you haven't begun yet, I hope that someday you get the chance to. I'm so so proud of all of you, even if you're not proud of yourself. You're working so hard and are so strong to still be here, you're all an inspiration.
