This will be the first mother's day without my mom. Been missing her alot lately especially during these times. I miss hearing her voice. She always had a way of making things better. I wish she could be here continuing to give me guidance. Happy Mother's Day Mom we love you.

For those who don't already know my Mom Sue Salzl has been in the Hospital since last Tuesday night where she is currently in the ICU. Her heart went into whats called vtach which is when it beats dangerously fast. She had an ablasion done on two spots. Her heart rate is still higher than the doctors would like. She also has a possible mass on her side but its not clear yet if it is cancer or not. If you are not religious just send positive thoughts her way. Thank you all, she needs all the support she can get.

First step to feeling the best me was moving to Arizona to be with my fiance. Second step has been eating more healthy. 3rd step is going to be this journey. I bought DDP Yoga dvds for my fiance and I. I'm not trying to be super thin but just get more healthy and feel better all around. For me I want to work on my arms the most.
