Episode 12 I may be getting older but I’m still getting faster! 🏃🏻👊 I continue to pioneer my own unique training program where I only run two days a week and I do a lot of high intensity interval training workouts that involve a mixture of cardio and light weight training including full body workouts and focus on different muscle groups including lower body, Abs, and upper body. I’ve now got a few more people through the program who also successfully completed the half marathon following my program and I’ve got it written out in a pretty organized fashion now in a 90 day format.
