Never anything super serious. And as you’ve admitted in the past, it’s mostly you getting frustrated at me, more than real fighting.

Well, we all know you’re too peaceful for any of that.

IT WAS AND IT WAS TERRIBLE. BUT BACK TO THE MAJOR TAKE-AWAY: WE DO ARGUE AND SOMETIMES EVEN FIGHT, BUT WE LOVE EACH OTHER.

Love is tougher than you might think, and will survive a few disagreements.

26: Talk about things you do when you're sick.

You do. I’ve taken care of you enough to know. I don’t get sick very often, but when I do, I usually go see a doctor. Then I take whatever medication is prescribed and

sleep a lot.

Did you think it would be a surprise? You both sleep a lot when you’re sick, which is good -- rest is the best thing. I’m sick fairly often, with my immune system compromised by the damage done to my body. I like to read when I’m bed ridden and I drink a lot of tea. More than normal. 

WOW LISTENER, THAT SOUNDS SUPER STRESSFUL. I HOPE YOU AND YOUR PARTNER ARE DOING WELL DESPITE THAT! BEING OUT ON YOUR OWN FOR THE FIRST TIME IS A WHIRLWIND, AND HOPEFULLY YOU’VE STILL GOT TIME TO RELAX EVERY NOW AND THEN.

Try not to skip meals, and make sure you get a decent amount of sleep. Even laying still for a while will help your body recover from a day’s exertion if you don’t have time or the capacity for a full nap.

As for taking care of ourselves, we all have different methods. Self care is important and heavily individualized; I visit cat cafes and take naps when I can.

I like massages from my partners, or a long soak when I’m feeling stressed. Especially if I can sip some hot tea while in the bath, it’s wonderful!
