Your muse has just witnessed mine waking up from a nightmare and promptly bursting into tears. How do they react?

Mido leaned a little further over Momo’s shoulder to see Kuro. “We should buy her something nice to wear to dinner~”

Momo just blushed. What had she gotten herself into…?

Kuro nodded slightly. “Of course. Do you have something in particular in mind?”

"Something pretty and princess-y.. though it needs to be light since we're going to be doing a lot of moving around."

"We’ll have lots of fun, Momochan~ We’ll go out for a nice meal and we’ll go do lots of fun things. You just count on us~"

She nodded. “T-Thank you…!” Momo replied, still blushing.

Kuro tilted his head slightly to look at Mido around Momo. “So, Mido, where shall we take Momo-sempai first?”

Mido leaned a little further over Momo's shoulder to see Kuro. "We should buy her something nice to wear to dinner~"

"…eh?" she asked, confused. She had a bad feeling about this…

"Well, it’s very simple, Momo-sempai." He took her free hand and raised it to his lips. "How about you spend the day with both of us?"

Mido smiled and wrapped her arms around Momo’s neck, leaning over her shoulder. “You’ll look after your kohais won’t you, Momochan~?”

"S-Sure!!" she said, her blush coming back to her. "T-That would be fine…"

Kuro leaned in and rested his head on Momo’s other shoulder. “You’re so good to us, Momo-sempai.”

"We'll have lots of fun, Momochan~ We'll go out for a nice meal and we'll go do lots of fun things. You just count on us~"

"…eh?" she asked, confused. She had a bad feeling about this…

"Well, it’s very simple, Momo-sempai." He took her free hand and raised it to his lips. "How about you spend the day with both of us?"

Mido smiled and wrapped her arms around Momo's neck, leaning over her shoulder. "You'll look after your kohais won't you, Momochan~?"

"GUYS!" Momo shouted. She blushed at how loud and angry she must have sounded before speaking again. "Look… I appreciate the gifts and all… but why are you turning this into another competition?"

Kuro blinked and straightened. “Oh, dear, we have, haven’t we? We’ve lost sight of what’s truly important. You.” He looked over at Mido. “What do you say? We do always work better together.” 

Mido tilted her head slightly, then sighed. "Ah... That's true, that's true. It's just so easy to get caught up in how cute Momochan is~" She looked up ant Kuro and smiled, "I'm sure if we went at it as a team, we could spoil her rotten!"

"U-Um…" Momo finally started to say before being interrupted by Kuro revealing his next gift.

"I’m sure she would prefer the company of a gentleman like myself for the evening." Kuro bowed and held out his hand. "Perhaps Momo-sempai, you would prefer a nice night being treated like the lady you are, by my humble self?"

"I’m sure Momochan would rather have fun with someone who doesn’t go around pretending to be so cool all the time!" She stuck her tongue out at him and held on to Momo’s arm. "I’m at least honest with Momochan!"

"Um… guys…" she said quietly, unable to be heard by the other two.

"I’m always honest with Momo-sempai. I don’t have to pretend to be cool, I just am." He smiled up at Momo. "Isn’t that right, Momo-sempai?"

"Tell him how much of a jerk he's being, Momochan!!!"

"U-Um…" Momo finally started to say before being interrupted by Kuro revealing his next gift.
