An Unexpected Gift - Dean is surprised to discover that he is pregnant.  He is worried to tell Cas at first, but when he does, everything turns out okay. Overall this is a really cute fanfic, with lots of sexy smut and tons of suspense.  A must read!

Into Your Hideaway - Driving down a deserted road in the Rocky Mountains, Castiel finds something unexpected: An omega. Not only an omega, but a naked, injured, pregnant omega.

Dean doesn’t talk much at first, but that doesn’t change the brightness of his soul.

It also doesn’t stop Castiel from falling in love with him.

General warning for A LOT OF TERRIBLE SHIT has happened to Dean. The story will follow Dean as well as Castiel, so expect graphic recollections of aforementioned terrible shit.

Other things to keep in mind:

·     The bio alpha father of Dean’s baby does not matter and will not make an appearance in the fic

·     No harm will come to Dean’s baby at any point in the story

This fanfiction is one of the best I have ever read.  While a lot of A/B/O stories mostly revolve around sex, this one has a thick plot with deep characters and rich backstories.  Castiel is perfect in this fic, and he helps Dean a lot.  There is also a lot of Guilty!Sam, which is certainly one of my weak spots.  The fic is tagged accordingly, and there are warnings in the beginnings of each chapter.

Tales of the Winchester-Novak Family - This series currently includes two short A/B/O verse stories, full of smut and fluff, telling the story of Dean and Castiel’s relationship and growing family.

1.      On A Normal Day - It’s Dean Winchester’s 18th birthday and he has just gone into his first heat. His father, who is utterly disappointed in his son for being an omega, sends him to school without suppressants. Dean attracts some unwanted attention from the school bullies, only to be saved by his very own Prince Charming: Castiel Novak.

2.      A Growing Family - Four years later, Dean finds himself pregnant again with Castiel’s second child. He births a beautiful baby girl named Emma, but tragedy soon strikes, and Dean and Castiel must find a way to get through the pain of their loss while preserving their family as well as their own relationship.

Love In The Elevator -  Dean Smith is working late when the elevator breaks down, trapping him and an Omega from accounting between floors.  The Omega, Castiel, is in heat and although Dean tries to resist him and the sweetness of his scent, they end up mating.  Dean doesn’t expect to ever see the Omega again but then he hears that Castiel is being fired and that he’s pregnant.

This story not only includes some super hot sex scenes, but it also includes some beautiful emotional scenes.  The characterization of Dean Smith is pretty spot on, and it was very enjoyable to read about how he comes out of his own personal shell to take responsibility for Cas, his omega, before it is too late.

What You Paid For - Castiel is an omega whose body has begun to reject suppressants after twelve years of continuous use. Faced with a hysterectomy or using an alpha service, he chooses the latter as much as he loathes the thought.

This story does a wonderful job of showing the character’s emotions as well as how their relationship develops.  When Castiel is faced with the option of either getting a hysterectomy or going into heat, he chooses the latter, and Alpha Dean Winchester helps him through it.  Cas starts out he story hating Alphas, but his opinions quickly change when he meets Dean and the Alpha helps him.  Dean and Cas go through a lot together in this story, but what I really love in this fanfic is that no matter what happens, Dean is always there for Cas and he loves him no matter what.

A Traditional Family - This is written for a kinkmeme fill: Dean stays with Sam after Jess’s death, to look for their father. He doesn’t tell Sam that he’s run away from his alpha mate to stay with Sam. After St Louis the police call Deans alpha, he comes to clear up the mess. Would like to see a possessive and very strict but loving Alpha, who adores Dean, but will put him in his place. Kinks welcome here: perhaps a collar, kneeling, spanking… And lots of guilty Sam.

This story is unfinished, sadly, but it is still a must-read in my opinion. The author explores a very traditional Dom/Sub Alpha/Omega relationship, and it is certainly one of my favorites.  The sex scenes are beautiful and the soaking scenes are downright erotic.  I can’t wait until the author updates.

Pack of Our Own - Benny didn’t know if he was the luckiest son of a bitch in the world or the unluckiest. He had somehow landed himself two of the most beautiful, stubborn omegas in existence.

This story is, to put it simply, awesome.  The story is about a threesome between Omegas Dean and Cas, and their Alpha Benny.  Dean and Cas both get pregnant at the same time, and this story follows them through the pregnancies as well as after.  The sex scenes are hot as hell and the fluff scenes are even better.

Power Play - Dean Winchester is a juvenile delinquent with a shady past. Raised by a stubborn, selfish alpha, Dean’s life takes a turn for the worse when he unexpectedly presents as an omega and he finds himself betrothed just days after his sixteenth birthday.

And if the situation weren’t bad enough, Dean’s father hadn’t promise him to just any average Joe, run of the mill alpha. Of course not. John Winchester had to go and promise Dean to a son of a Russian crime boss who was second in line to take over his family’s business.

Oh, not mention, he’s also a hitman.

This fic sort of has everything… arranged marriage, angst, murder, love and pregnancy.  Dean and Castiel’s relationship in this fic is really something that I want to read more about.  They are always at each other’s throats, but when it comes down to it they care for each other a lot.  The sex scenes are amazing, and Dean and Cas are both very kinky.  Still updating.

Carry On - When Sam gets into Stanford, Dean needs a bigger paycheck than Bobby’s garage can give him. Luckily, he knows a guy.

*Sam/Jess does not occur in the story until fairly close to the end so if you’re looking for a Sam/Jess story please don’t let the tag mislead you.*

This fic is wonderful.  if I wanted a Dom/Sub relationship, I would want it to be like the one that Dean and Cas have in this fic.  Cas is a doting dominant, and Dean is so eager to please.  Not only do they have some kinky, intense sex in this fic, but Dean and Cas both sort through some personal emotional issues.

This is a must read.  It is the best BDSM fic on Ao3, in my opinion, and I want you all to go read it right now, for your own sake!

A Little Patience - It sometimes feels a little wrong thinking debauched things about a guy who could very well be one of Sammy’s teachers. But then those wrong feelings go up in smoke when the downright sinful fantasies kick in just from thinking the word ‘teacher’. Those are always pretty darn amazing and Dean has a very vivid imagination.

If you have a kink, it is probably in this fic.  Because, much like the author tells us in the summary, there is kink exploring.  A lot.  The fic starts off with a sort of slow build, but once Dean and cas finally get together, there is no stopping them.  

And they are perfect together.  They figure that part out quick enough.

Wherein a longstanding acquaintanceship leads to friendship, then best friendship, then sexting, then dirty talk, then mutual masturbation, then, inevitably, fucking.

This fic was the best.  It has a bit of a slow build in the beginning, mainly due to Dean’s gay!panic and self hate issues.  But either way, it has some really hot sex scenes.  It starts off with simple sexting, but then works up to phone sex and, inevitably, fucking.  Cas is a good dom, and he puts Dean right in his place.

Sex 101, or: That Time Castiel Asked Dean To Teach Him How To Have Sex –Wherein Dean teaches Cas how to have sex, and Cas teaches Dean why to have sex.  This fic is filled with music, literature, fluff, angst, smut, feels, and glitter. Lots and lots of glitter

This is one of those fics that you can’t stop smiling as you read.  It is one of those fics that makes you ship an OTP - it is actually the reason that I ship destiel.  Yes, this fic is a must-read.  It gets pretty crazy at times, but that’s just what makes it good.  There is a huge amount of sexual tension between Dean and cas, and of course, they resolve it eventually.But not before things get crazy… and somehow, that involves a Spanish Dominatrix and a Drag Queen Cop.

I’m not going to give anything away.  Just read it.  Right now.

This is an Alpha/Omega story.  Essentially, Castiel owns Dean.  But as much as Dean loves it (and Dean really loves being owned by Cas) he is a brat.  There is a lot of spanking in this fic, and a lot of aftercare.  It is definitely worth the read.

I’ll Take That as a Yes - Dean’s a nude art model at KU and has loans to pay off before graduation. Castiel’s a photographer looking to finish his photography exhibition with a kinky hobby and a lifetime supply of hemp rope.

This fic was just phenominal.  It was all rope bondage and beautiful sex scenes and lots of nice warm fuzzy feelings.  I loved it. What was especially cute, in my opinion, was the characterization of Sam.  But more than that, Dean and Cas’s sex scenes were really hot.

The Wind Beneath My Wings - Dean gets a glimpse of Castiel’s wings, but does he know what it truly means to behold these Devine body parts?

This fic is mostly sex (REALLY HOT sex), but also focuses on Dean and Cas’s emotions as well.  I think the author did a good job of characterizing Dean and his self worth issues, and I also think that Cas deals with them well.  Overall, I recommend this as a must-read.

Dean Winchester Is Not The Little Spoon - Dean Winchester has never been the little spoon, and he never will be. No matter what.

Basically smut.  Very hot smut.  Let’s just say that Castiel is needy early in the morning… and Dean Winchester is not the little spoon.  At least, not according to him.

This fic starts off with a reluctant Dean being dragged to a ‘stupid’ masquerade ball by his best friend Charlie.  of course, his reluctance completely disappears when he meets Castiel, a sexy rich boy from the other end of town.  They  share some really sexy moments in the Impala before Dean makes a life-changing decision.

Try-Something Tuesday - Human AU. Dean Winchester teaches a third-grade class. He’s new to this whole ‘bisexual’ thing - but by pure happenstance, he meets Castiel: a particularly dapper male librarian who moonlights as a substitute teacher. Dean’s curious and Castiel is willing, so why the hell not?

Except, fate never intended it to be one-time-only…

This fic had me hooked right from the start.  Dean meets sexy librarian Castiel and they hook up… He plans to call him, but never does. So when Castiel shows up to sub for his class, of course it is awkward.  At first.  But then, together, Dean and Cas teach themselves and their students an important lesson about love and its many forms.

I bought the book And Tango Makes Three because of this fic.

This fic was really cute, and really hot.  The entire thing is told in text-message format, wherein Dean and Cas communicate between text messages.  I highly recommend this fic (PS: IT HAS SEXY PICTURES!!!)

Sex Potion - Sam warned him not to drink it, but Dean wasn’t listening. So what happens when Dean swallows a Lust Potion and then Castiel walks in on him masturbating?

Not only is the sex in this fic needy and hot and basically everything I wish could be shown on the show, but it is also funny.  Only Dean would be stupid enough to drink a ‘lust’ potion after Sam explicitely told him not to.

A Movie Marathon, Captain Morgan, and Sweet Dreams - What Could Possibly Go Wrong? - High-School AU: Dean Winchester, 18 years old, enjoys the last weeks of his senior year in high school with his best friend, the shy, dark haired Castiel, before finally reaching summer break. When John Winchester goes for a hunting trip with Uncle Bobby over the weekend and Sammy stays the night at a friend’s house, Dean seizes the oppurtunity and invites his best friend over for a movie marathon night, expecting, as always, an awesome time with Cas. Well, he get’s his fun - he just certainly had not expected it to come along like /that/. It is basically porn :)

This fic is, much like the summary says, basically porn.  But it has some cute fluff mixed in.  I read this fic over the summer, and I remember loving every single minute of it.  I high recommend it… super sexy and overly adorable.

A Room Of One’s Own - All Dean wants is a little privacy. Cas doesn’t understand.

This story is unbelievably long.  There is a lot of kink exploring, and a lot of ‘clueless’ Cas.  This was the very first fic that I ever read on Ao3, and it honestly got me hooked right from the start.  It is chock full of sexy scenes and even a little fluff.  From a surpise blowob in Dean’s bedroom to a skype call to a Dutch mistress in Denmark, this fic will have you guessing, laughing, and masturbating at every turn. I think that the author captures the emotions of the characters perfectly… Not to mention how sexy it is when Castiel starts talking dirty.

The Popular Kid - Dean Winchester is a loner with only a couple friends. Castiel Novak is a popular kid. They hit it off at their school’s Masquerade Ball, and some naughty antics ensue in the boy’s bathroom…
