If someone would’ve told Dean when he woke up this morning that by mid-afternoon, he would know intimate details about his incredibly attractive neighbor’s sex life, he would’ve laughed in their face. But here he is, trapped in the sweltering elevator of their shared apartment building, lit only by the glow from their phones, passing a bottle of tequila back and forth as they play Never Have I Ever. Let’s just say it’s been an illuminating handful of hours. And did he mention hot? So very fucking hot. Lawrence, Kansas is experiencing a blackout heatwave. And on any other day where his brain wasn’t melting out his ears, he would have avoided the elevator for two reasons.
