Whatever happened to Frozen Teardrop? Did they ever drop the project? If they continued, is it still a badfic full of human popsicles and clones and Disney Princess gundams?

Is anyone still doing rewatches? I miss rewatching it and going here on Tumblr to write almost nonsensical meta-essays.

Anyone still hating on the GW girls? (I mean, it’s 2016 but you’ll never know.) Relena? Dorothy, especially? Ah, how I miss blathering about them, miss talking about how Relena’s more than an annoying stalker, miss debullshittifying basher-rants about Dorothy’s craziness in the show. ANYONE CAN GIVE ME EXTRA SLICE OF TIME TO DO THESE ALL AGAIN?

If you are not planning on going to medical/law/graduate school, no one cares about your grades in college. They only care that you got a degree. Most places don’t care that it took you five years instead of four, that you minored in Basketweaving, or that you got a B in a class that’s in your major.

The only thing employers care about is internships. They want to know about relevant work experience you got at those internships, and they want to hear good things from the supervisor at your internship.

I didn’t learn shit in college. Seriously, everything that I do at my current and last job I learned almost completely on my own– and at my internship. School didn’t prepare me for work life, and many don’t. Many schools don’t care about whether or not you get employed. They only want your money.

Worry about internships, not grades. Stress out over resumes and interviews, not tests. Volunteer or learn new skills to get internships. Learn how to sell yourself to “the man”.

Get internships and get a degree. That’s honestly all that matters.

He recently spoke to a Japanese interviewer about this picture:

“I saw a boy about ten years old walking by. He was carrying a baby on his back. In those days in Japan, we often saw children playing with their little brothers or sisters on their backs, but this boy was clearly different. I could see that he had come to this place for a serious reason. He was wearing no shoes. His face was hard. The little head was tipped back as if the baby were fast asleep.

“The boy stood there for five or ten minutes. The men in white masks walked over to him and quietly began to take off the rope that was holding the baby. That is when I saw that the baby was already dead. The men held the body by the hands and feet and placed it on the fire.
