   “You know, after all this years we have been friends, almost nothing surprises me anymore,” he replied looking at the male and winked. “You are lucky the place is empty and it’s a shame that you are covering yourself because I am enjoying the view.”

“I mean, I know I’m hot,” Mickey shrugs. “Doesn’t mean I wanna be walked in on when I’m getting dressed, dude! What’s so important that you gotta barge on in here while I’m naked?”

He couldn’t help but snort when hearing the other, feeling a soft blush rising to his cheeks. Atticus had to look away to laugh some more but when he looked back at Mickey, he offered him a smile instead. “No hammer… I can promise you that.”

“Too bad. Was hoping you were secretly that Thor guy,” Mickey smirks, continuing to check out the handsome man whose attention he managed to capture. That didn’t always happen! “Well, if that ain’t a hammer in your pants, then what is it...?”

Mickey was used to people gawking at his physique in the gym —and really, who could blame them when he looked like that— but it always seemed like the attention was coming from people he’d rather not earn the attention of. Until now.

His top was barely off in the locker room when he heard someone say damn to themselves. Turning around, he discovered the voice coming from a hella sexy guy and now he was interested. “You say something, buddy?” he asks with a smirk, knowing the answer but asking anyway.

Mickey coulda sworn the bathroom door was locked —maybe he just imagined it— but if anything was clear, it was that he was currently naked before a perfect stranger in this random public restroom. Whoops/

“I have a totally good explanation for this, man,” he protests, covering up his dangly bits. “You gotta believe me—”

“Going down?” Remus asked chuckling and shuffling the cards. “All right tough guy we’ll see,” Remus added shuffling and dealing the cards again. Remus wasn’t horrible at poker but he knew the basics of the game and how not to lose.

“I’m good at poker, okay? You just got lucky, man,” Mickey insists, subtly flexing his heavy pectorals for the other to see. At least his body wasn’t one to scoff at...

Whatever he drank last night, Mickey had to make a note to self to never consume it ever again. Probably. Maybe. In any event, Mickey woke in a strange bed that wasn’t him, currently being addressed by a handsome guy he’d never met — well, someone he hadn’t met sober, anyway.

“Think I wanna sleep for, like, twelve more hours, man,” says Mickey groggily. “Where am I? This is still America, right?!”

“Who, Johnny Frog?” Mickey asks, glancing over at the rotund old-ish guy standing over yonder from them. “Nah. He ain’t into guys. His wife Loretta is real nice though— you got a name, hot stuff?”

Wally grinned and looked over at the other, one of his eyebrows raised. Starting to stroll towards the construction sight, Wally paused as he stood right on the edge. “Oh yeah? Well if I’m gonna check out your lap then I’m gonna need to get your number, won’t I?” He smiled brightly and gave a soft chuckle.

Mickey was so used to the guys he would catcall ignoring or rejecting him, so it was a pleasant surprise when the younger man seemed receptive to his advances — but he hadn’t won just yet. “So you’re a smart guy, huh? Good. I like my men smart,” Mickey smirks. “You need a name too. I got one, you?”

“Oh, come on!” Mickey exclaims, throwing his losing hand of cards onto the table. Starting off this game of strip poker on a losing foot... not great. Then again, Mickey was historically bad at this game, so it shouldn’t have been that much of a surprise.

In any event, fair is fair, so Mickey strips off his shirt and tosses it aside, revealing his big, hefty chest to his opponent. “I ain’t losing another hand again, tough guy... you’re doing down.”

“Do you remember anything from last night?”

“Why are you in my bed?”

“I’d offer you breakfast, but I think I’m too sore to move.”
