As if getting to play on a tour with the band that I’ve idolized for years and getting the chance to take the very same stage at the venue where I met my husband over a decade ago isn’t already an amazing anniversary present in itself--this takes the icing on the cake. For those of you who don’t know, Hands To Myself by Selena Gomez has been my guilty pleasure song since the first day I heard it on the radio, and I have absolutely no shame in admitting that. There’s something about this song that I feel just fits Elliot and I very much, and maybe that’s why I’m so attached to it. Who knows? What I do know is that every time I hear this song on the radio I can’t help but smile; so you can already imagine the huge smile that appeared on my face when I heard my hubby’s angelic voice singing it. I thought we were going to the radio station to talk about the show tonight, but apparently I was wrong. What I thought was going to be a simple interview turned into my wonderful hubby serenading me and making me cry. I swear--if he wasn’t so cute and I didn’t love him so much, I would kill him. Alright, alright. I’m gonna stop rambling now and go watch this video again--as all of you should do! Thanks for listening to me brag about how perfect my hubby is!  (: Happy one year wedding anniversary to us.
