I prepared, I had reference notes, took a few quiet minutes before it started for some deep breaths but it didn't help. Basically handed them reasons not to choose me. Definitely flattering! I dont know if I have enough experience to actually get it but I could see myself kicking butt in the role.

My major concern is that I dont interview well at all. I end up sounding like a complete moron. My current position interview went terribly and im either the only person that applied or they looked past my less than stellar interview because they know me. It was laughably bad - at one point the team manager was like what I believe you're saying is... and I was legit like nope! Blah blah blah 😟
