To be honest, Michael wasn't all that sure why he was at the library in the first place. He never really liked reading. He was just wandering around and happened to end up there. He figured he might as well check it out anyways. None of the books seemed to catch his eyes, but some of the girls studying there did. Yeah, he was a douche. He was aware of that for a while, but he kind of took pride in it.

Just a few minutes after entering the library, he was already flirting with a girl he had barely just met and talking about how she could come over to his apartment later that night. It seemed to be working out quite well for him. His charm was definitely on full blast at that moment. But something distracted him. Not something- someone.

Someone he was familiar with and wasn't expecting to see ever again. Definitely not someone he wanted to be reminded of while he was trying to get into a girl's pants. Flashing the current girl he was talking to a smile and saying he would see her around later, he left her to her studying.

Spending a Saturday night on some step sibling bonding time wasn't anywhere near Michael's idea of fun. He barely had enough free time on his hands as it was already and he'd much rather not waste the rare amount by spending it with some girl just because their parents wanted them to. The woman who his father recently married had come up with the idea of forcing the two twenty year olds to spend time together. He figured he'd be able to find some way out of it and he did. In a way. Still, he was stuck with this new sister, but instead they were in Hongdae. A city full of life, partying, music, cafes, and of course drinking. Probably one of Michael's favorite places ever. Might as well try to make some fun out of it.

For the whole taxi cab drive there, Michael could feel tension between him and Jiyeon. They didn't say a word to each other. He had only seen her about three times before and it was obvious the feelings he had towards her were pretty mutual. And now here they were sitting in a bar together, waiting for their drinks to come.
