#color!sans #color sans #utmv #colorune #colorune2026 #so. today i learned that i should not be overly ambitious when you are trying to crunch art #it took 3 hours alone to do the fire because i was coloring manually bc i don't know how to vector in csp #and when i was halfway done i realized i had done it on the sketch layer so that's why there's remnants of those in the sketch #i was gonna also add him opening his eyes but i'm fucking LATE and i'm TIRED OF THIS DAMN ART also i have to wake up early tomorrow #so this is the finished product because i literally dont have time to add the blink #that being said my original idea was to have a big long animation for colorune so lets see if i will continue idea tomorrow #then again i don't know if i have the time/motivation/inspiration so . yeah idk we'll see #also thank fuck thank you youmna for posting the color sans ref because i just colorpicked the fire colors and that's so cool and pog #i remembered the guide she posted on how she animated color's fire and yeah i 'followed' it based on what i rememberd #but also. animating his fire manually really made me want to throttle my computer into the wall #but also man i love animation :( i miss animating. it was fun aside from the fact that i had to manually color the fire #the yappiest yapper there ever was #also why the FUCK that every time i do a fully rendered drawing i end up doing lineless unintentionally it's fucking myself up

#color!sans #killer!sans #you know what's funny. i'm trying out csp for the first time and changed the color to red to do killer's soul but it would not change color #so i wrote 'where is my color' and then well. funny haha pun because i quite literally did not know how to change the color #ok but really how do i change color in csp i'm gonna go insane #when i do red it just turns it grayscale and yes i made sure it's on-#hello update. as of writing this i now know why it was grayscale. it's because i put it on grayscale. when fiddling with canvas settings #god i'm an. idiot.

i imagine this as like after being rescued early on in the relationship and killer is quietly adjusting and not really used to softness but just. observing.
