Why did Izuku literally fight Gentle Criminal for longer than he fought OVERHAUL???? Like are we kidding.....

#it’s almost as if he was using WAY more power during the overhaul fight… hmm…#also you have to count the time he spent fighting him before eri activated her quirk #PLUS overhaul was weakened by mirio.#and anyway the gentle criminal fight only took like 15 mins #and it was spread out across multiple city blocks #izuku spent half that time just chasing after him since he had the superior mobility #mha’s powerscaling can get pretty unbelievable sometimes but c’mon. pick a different example

Thoughts on the new Eri short:

- Eri becoming a musician actually makes SO much sense. It’s so sweet that she wants to achieve her dreams of her own merit and not use Deku and Lemillion’s fame!

- I love seeing people so enthusiastic about Deku returning to hero work! He truly is the greatest hero. I think I’ve said this before, but I actually think him becoming a teacher makes sense, though I dislike the interpretation that he would’ve ‘always wanted to’.

- Bakugo’s back in top 5! “He must be a good influence!” Ohhhh boy ms reporter lady you have NO idea!! I wonder if shippers in-universe (because y’all know they exist) go just as crazy over bakudeku as they do irl ToT would their ship name be GEMGDeku??

- Eri’s bandmates are so cute!!

- OMG SHE’S SINGING ‘HERO TOO’. Her voice sounds so good!

- Everyone’s come to watch omgggg my heart

- I do think it’s weird that this short is listed BEFORE S8 on crunchyroll, I’m worried that’ll cause some confusion and spoilers for new viewers… maybe they’ll change it?
