When you have thoughts swirling in your head that makes it seem like your switching TV channels.

"I thought of a good reply to that email. The laundry needs to be sorted. Have I updated the app already? Was it 71 or 61 activities left to check? How are the cats doing? I'll make myself some juice. How many assignments do I have to post? What's for dinner?"

I think people don't multitask, they just shift from one thought to another really fast. Humans do that. This gives the illusion of them doing a lot of stuff at once and oftentimes at the expense of one's focus.

And... so here I am typing away.

I really need to get enough sleep.
