Greetings!

My name is Mewy Marsher and I'm a US-based artist and transmasc furry! (He/him or They/them, please!)

My current fixation is Thomas & Friends, but my main fandom is Mega Man. I draw a lot of art for my fandoms, but I draw a good amount of furry art, too! A lot of my art nowadays incorporates kidcore or maximalist themes, as those are two things I like a lot! I'm also big on colors; my art seems to get more saturated each day! lol

I'm an autistic adult and a 90s kid. I'm a big ol' 29 years old! Next year is 30-- yippee! Even though I'm an adult, I generally like to keep this blog SFW. The craziest thing you'll probably see me draw is a character battle-wounded! Which like, isn't crazy at all lol.

Went to a flea market yesterday and found ERTL James!

He's in a bad state, with a lot of paint missing and bite(???) marks on his face. However, I get sad when I see a worn-out Thomas toy sitting on a shelf alone, so I brought him home.

I don't think his splendid red paint can ever be restored to its former glory, but I could at least clean him up and make him shiny! I like to imagine for a toy it feels good to be cleaned after years of wear and tear. And he was indeed quite dirty!

Now he hangs out with my ERTL Henry by my bedside. Eventually I'd like to set up a proper display for my Thomas toys, but this will have to do for now! We're all sleepy time buddies at the moment I guess lol.

He's nervous to admit it, but after being stuck in a museum for so long, Forrest finds that he is a little touch-starved (which I'd imagine is unusual for an engine).

Forrest really enjoys cab patting and face massages, maybe more so than other engines. Being in an environment where he received zero touch from humans was devastating for him, and affected his mental health greatly.

After coming to Sodor, he found himself being too nervous to ask humans for massages or pattings; he had come to expect humans to have little care for his needs (besides coal and water and such). It's takes time, but his driver, Marie is eventually able to get Forrest to open up about his wants and needs. She finds that he particularly likes washdowns, especially when his face gets washed! Sometimes he even falls asleep when being scrubbed...

Him and Henry are disability icons in my eyes. Holding them up to the camera so everyone can see my two engines who have to rest and take it slow but are still so awesome and cute.
